Located in the heart of Historic Salem is this charming 1 bedroom apartment with driveway parking and outdoor space is hard to beat. Just minutes from some of Salem’s most popular Historic sites such as Salem Witch Museum, House of 7 Gables, and Ghost Tours. Salem has become a year round destination with boat tours, outdoor dining, restaurants and nightlife and only 15 minutes from some of the North Shore’s most beautiful beaches. Only 30 minute drive from Boston w/easy access to public transportation such as the commuter rail station-only 5 mins from the property.

Step into this cute apartment and be greeted by a large living room with lots of couch space and a Smart TV. Make your way into the full kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking- an apartment sized electric stove, full sized refrigerator , a microwave and coffee maker. Off of the kitchen you can also find the bathroom with a full sized tub and shower combo. Off of the living room is the spacious bedroom, with a large closet and a cozy bed, with views of the Salem Commons out the window.

This sweet little rental checks all the boxes to have a great time in Salem. It is located across the street from the commons. The living room is super cozy-a great place to unwind and relax after experiencing all the spooky stuff Salem has to offer. We were able to walk everywhere, but a designated parking spot is a nice bonus. Make sure you watch the videos Rachel uploaded on the check-in page. They are very helpful. Lots of doors to pick from and the video does an excellent job explaining this. We were here to spend time with family. This rental was perfect for us to unwind after a long day of family time. Thank you Rachel for everything.

Very clean. Handy location. And easy parking. A few hiccups but the host got us back on track quickly. Note that while it is a full kitchen it's very tiny. Plan accordingly. Our visit was in March so the yard was full of snow. But it looks like it would be very nice in the spring and summer seasons. Back door off the kitchen goes directly to the yard. I thought the bed was a little too firm but my wife thought it was fine. Go figure. LOL

Excellent choice for our quick overnight stay in Salem. Located right off the Commons in a historic property, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was an easy walk to attractions, historic sites, and food. Our young daughter enjoyed the playground across the street. We would definitely stay again!

History and Convenience

We were here to bike rail trails in the area but the bonus was being on The Common, walking to restaurants after a day of biking and enjoying the history of Salem. The comfort, decor and cleanliness were appreciated as well as all of the instructions before we arrived. Perfect stay!

The host was very helpful, kind and patient. The property was beautiful and well furnished with plenty of amenities to get us through our weekend. The property is across the street from a beautiful park and minutes away from many attractions. We only used our car the day it was raining heavily. Other than that we walked everywhere we wanted to go. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and plan on coming back if we’re lucky enough for the host to have us.

What an adorable unit to stay in. Far enough away from the center Square for quiet but close enough for a quick walk to get where you want to go. It’s across the street from a wonderful park, that we enjoyed walking through. The unit itself was fresh clean and had everything that was needed with a cute courtyard to sit or look into.
