Enjoy our sunny house in the village of Alhambra. Our ranch style home is fully furnished. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath on a split floor plan. House has a pocket door to divide 2nd and 3rd bedroom from rest of home for added privacy. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large walk in closet, bathroom w/ double sinks and a walk in tiled shower. 2nd Bedroom has queen bed with plenty of storage, and 3rd bedroom (TV room) has a sleeper sofa with a 50” TV. Dining room table can seat 6. The lanai is 12’6” x 14’6” containing a barbecue’. The Living room features a 60” TV, sofa, love seat and recliner. A Yamaha Gas Golf Cart with Roadside Assistance is included for your use. Located Just 5 minutes to either adult or family pool. Close to the “Savannah Center”, Spanish Springs Town Square, “The Sharon” Entertainment Theater and near to Publix, churches, restaurants, golf and pools..
