This warm and cozy home is located in the village of Alhambra which is close to the Savannah Center recreation center and located between Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. Room for 6 with 1 king size bed in the master and 2 queen sized beds in the other bedrooms. Every bedroom has it's own television as well.

This is an all inclusive rental with all linens, paper products, laundry supplies and premium TV package that includes STARZ, Showtime, MGM+ and Paramount+ . It also includes a 2 seat gas golf cart for use during your stay.

My parents spent a month and had a wonderful time. Kevin was extremely helpful with answering their questions and helping them around the house get acquainted. I was there for a week. The Villages is a little piece of heaven!

I had a wonderful time in this beautiful property. In The Villages and Kevin went out of his way to help me in my real estate search when he didn’t need to. He seems to truly enjoy helping his tenants understand what they need to know about The Villages and he keeps immaculate, very nicely, decorated, and landscaped properties in beautiful areas of the villages at an extremely reasonable price!

This was a true class act! Best experience I have ever had with VRBO stay! Greatest communication with owner ever! Kevin was awesome feel free to book with him you'll be well taken care of! Great location for multiple executive golf courses within a 5-12 min cart ride. Also close to many good restaurants. I am going back to Kevin's place again next year. Been renting from VRBO for a decade this was best owner to deal with ever! Thank You Kevin!!!
