The apartment consists of two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin daybeds. There is also a second bathroom and a full-size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements. The dining and living room are integrated into an open-concept space. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a full meal.

The unit is located on the ground floor and features a sliding door in the living room that opens to a private patio.

Washer and dryer facilities are available on every floor and are accessible with a prepaid laundry card.

Tides Condominium offers resort-style amenities, including an oceanfront pool, a gym, a business center, and a café with grocery items available.

Tides charges the following fees, payable to the condominium association:
