Beautiful location with a beach and ocean view. Very spacious condo. Both bedrooms are spacious with large walk-in closets. We appreciated the beach chairs etc and the short walk to the beach.

Nice place to stay. You will have to pay for valet parking which was about 60 for 4 days and have to get a key fob which was 15. Walking distance to beach and the boardwalk in Hollywood is about 10 minutes away. Great place to stay with great view of ocean

Very clean and a great location. Kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfortable. Over communication regarding policies and checkin procedures. The floors are beginning to warp and would stub your feet if barefoot. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided in the apartment but we couldn’t set them up where the rentals were and had to walk further down the beach.

The building facade is being repainted so there was scaffolding from the street. However, the lobby, pool and apartment were all fantastic!! Communication with the host was excellent. The beach views were incredible.

Very accommodating. Hollywood is already a little expensive, so this stay had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Buy the parking or valet! Makes life easier for those that drive. Thanks for having us!

After we had booked we learned a lot of upgrades are planned. Those are much needed as the floors and blinds are in bad shape. Location is great with terrific ocean and beach views and access.

Stayed during construction work was going on. Very noisy. Windows in building along with balcony were filthy. Flooring needs replaced. We appreciated pool and beach amenities provided. They supplied us with everything we were told they would. Would like a later checkout time.
