IMPORTANT NOTES:

The Sian is undergoing a building exterior concrete restoration and window upgrade program. However, our line has been completed. There may be intermittent noise Monday through Friday during working hours. The pool and other common elements are not affected. The balcony is open and views are not obstructed. More information will be provided to guests as details become available from building management. We will do everything possible to keep our guests comfortable during the program.

GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ONE (1) FOB FOR EVERY TWO (2) GUESTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 UPON ARRIVAL. FOBS ARE SMALL PLASTIC ELECTRONIC DEVICES USED TO OPEN THE DOORS TO THE LOBBY, POOL, FITNESS CENTER AND GATE TO THE BEACH (NOT THE APARTMENT).  THE COST TO THE GUEST IS $30.00 FOR EACH FOB.  CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.   GUESTS WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO WEAR IDENTIFICATION BRACELETS DURING THEIR STAY THAT WILL BE GIVEN AT CHECK IN.

ONLY GUESTS WHO WE REGISTER WITH SECURITY ARE PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING OR ON THE GROUNDS.

BEDS: ONE KING SIZE BED IN THE MASTER AND TWO FULL SIZE BEDS IN THE 2ND BEDROOM. AN INFLATABLE QUEEN SIZE AIR MATTRESS IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

CONTRACT: A CONTRACT WILL BE SENT TO YOU UPON BOOKING FOR YOU TO COMPLETE AND SIGN

TV & INTERNET: THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE CABLE TV. FREE INTERNET AND WIFI ALONG WITH FREE INTERNET TV ACCESS IS PROVIDED.

Guests must provide government issued IDs, which include the guest’s name, current address, photo and date of birth for all guests18 years or older.
