This Waterfront Vacation Home is located on the East Shore and hosts a spectacular open floor plan with amazing Sunset Views. It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Full size Laundry Room, Full Size Kitchen, Fire Place and Wifi. The large Lakeside Deck gives you the perfect spot to Bask in the Sun or watch an Amazing Sunset. The Fire Pit Deck located by the water is another great sunset view as well. Fire wood is provided.
Hubbard Lake is an All Sports spring fed lake ideal for swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, and Great Fishing. There is a restaurant on the lake (Church Hill Pointe) near North End and a Gas Station on the West Side of the lake. Bring your own watercrafts or rent a watercraft from the local Marina’s.

Great Lake house

We had a group of 6 adults and 4 kids and this house was great. The owner was great to work with, the house was clean and stocked with most things we needed. We had a great time!!

Exceeded Our Expectations!

This property provided not only spectacular views but also a perfect waterfront ideal for kayaking and swimming. The house was well maintained and very clean. The updated kitchen was perfect for preparing family meals, and the large windows always kept the lake in view.

Hubbard Lake

The lake house was very nice. With all the windows facing the lake It has a great view of the lake which was really nice to wake up to each morning. The house was very clean was well stocked with the essentials. The kitchen included everything you need and the great room had plenty of seating for all. The owner was easy to get in contact with if you have any questions or issues.

Family Vacation

We had a great time! We brought our pontoon and checked out the beautiful lake, the guys went fishing (although they did not have much luck). The younger adults and grandkids went tubing on the Ausable River and we had bonfires almost every night. It was a very relaxing vacation. The home had just about everything you would need. We had relatives within 20 minutes away so we picked up more firewood. We brought a ”Fire Stick” So when the kids wanted to watch a movie they could. The deck was wonderful because it had plenty of chairs for our family of 8. All around it was just a great vacation!

April’s home is immaculate. Everything you could ever ask for in a vacation rental from cleanliness to being well stocked with everything a renter could ever need.
