Welcome to Poipu's newest luxury resort-style villas! This is a VERY spacious (2750+ total square feet), top floor villa featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, with three private lanai's to sit on and enjoy your favorite tropical drink. This is one of the most demanded complexes's in all of Poipu due to its central air conditioning, luxurious amenities, and its prime location! From the lanai, you're only steps away from the greenbelt and under a 5 minute walk to Kauai's best beaches!

The Villas at Poipu Kai are only 11 years old and are the newest in Poipu Kai! You won't find a more comfortable place to stay!

The Villa's sit on the coveted greenbelt leaving just a few minute walk between you and the beach! Poipu Beach is Kauai's most desirable area and was recently rated the #1 beach in all of America. My unit is among one of the biggest condominiums you'll find in Poipu! The unit's size and the internal layout provide spacious comfort for as many as 10 adults (additional space for small children) but can also work well and is priced perfectly for smaller groups.

The floor plan is well laid out with everything on one floor. There are NO stairs inside the unit and three private master suites each with its own full private bathrooms. High speed wireless internet is available at no additional cost to stay connected, should you chose to. Additional sleeping for groups larger than 10 will be on the air mattress or pack n plays for the little ones.

Brand new linens, kitchen supplies, beach toys, artwork, and decorations. It's truly a fantastic place to stay!

Wonderful location for a family vacation

My family absolutely loved the Villa - it was the perfect rental for our extended family of 8. The location was amazing with quick access to Poipu or Shipwreck beaches using the greenbelt path. The large balcony was a great place to unwind during the day, and for family dinners in the evening. We appreciated having access to a hot tub. All in all, we cherished our time at the Villa and would love to return one day!

Why they chose this property

We purchased the presidential suite because it is one of the nicest condo's on the island. It's big enough to invite friends and family over to stay with us. We wanted to be as close to the ocean as possible, and walking distance to our two favorite beaches. This unit offers amazing amenities and an unbeatable location.
