Limited to 6 overnight guests, this is not a party house! However, all the amenities are there for you! There are 2 separate waterfront decks and a large fire pit to help maximize your outdoor enjoyment.
Plenty of entertainment options like board games, cards, cornhole along with beach chairs, a paddle board , 2 kayaks and plenty of fishing equipment.
Launch the kayaks and paddle board right from your back yard during high tide or take the 2 minute walk to the private association beach for sun and sand. This spot boasts some of the best fishing, in the area.
The new kitchen is open to the living room. There is an 8 foot island with seating for all.
There are 2 separate seating areas for tv or relaxing. There is a sofa bed and full bath downstairs for those who can’t manage stairs. Recent upgrades include new kitchen, new furniture, fire-pit, doggie door for your pet and a 1/2 bath in the main bedroom. Unfortunately the jacuzzi tub is not operational.
