We where welcomed by our lovely hosts Pietra and Greca who showed us round their villa, chatted to us over a drink and left some very delicious homemade treats. They also provide a helpful list of beaches, restaurants and supermarkets they recommend. The pool area is gorgeous, a good size, very clean and refreshing. The raised terrace by the apartment provides more seating and barbecue to relax later in the day. It it very well located to explore the local area but a car is essential. We visited a beach in Cagliari and others on the Villasimius coast. The coastline along here is amazing, we will definitely be visiting Sardinia again and highly recommend staying here.

This property has a gorgeous pool and lots of different areas so we could all have the space we needed. Greca and Pietro were kind and helpful. A beautiful cake and bottle of homemade limoncello were most welcome.surprise

Super nice place for family vacation

We had a very warm welcome from Greca and her husband. They use the house themselves as a weekend home, the upstairs appartment is a rental. The interior is a tiny bit dated but very clean and tidy, everything is in place and we really liked the place. Approved ;-)

Beautiful pool, wonderful hosts

Walking distance to a lovely beach. On arrival the hosts shared drinks with us and we had a beautiful cake and a bottle of limoncello given to us during our stay. A short drive to the better restaurants. Ants invaded the kitchen several nights but this is a common problem that we managed. Overall a wonderful family holiday. Thank you

Great Holidays

We were personally greeted by the very nice owners. Everything as described. Beautifully located, quiet big estate with BBQ, great pool, playground with Basketball, swings, hammocks. You can walk to the beach but a car is required for shopping and restaurants. Private parking for several cars on site. Free legal Parking at hte beach no problem in October. We enjoyed our time very much. Thank you!

Perfect quiet setting

An amazing 10 day break that we will never forget. On arrival we received an extremely pleasant and warm welcome from greca and her family who showed us round the villa and answered all our questions about the local area. It was a really nice touch to find that Greca had made cake for our stay and during the visit we never really saw them again, it was very private and felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The villa itself is the entire first floor with 3 bedrooms, all of which were immaculate, and everything else you might need for self catering purposes including a BBQ. The villa is located in a quiet private area and the nearest beach is within a 10-15 mins walk. The shops and most restaurants are a bit further away and so I would definitely recommend hiring a car for your stay. The views and beaches in the immediate area are simply out of this world with so many to choose from, we visited a different beach location everyday of our stay. I would definitely recommend this host and location, we are already planning our return.

Excellent villa with pool

Our stay at the Villa was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts had gone above and beyond to ensure our vacation was unforgettable. The villa itself was immaculate, radiating a sense of comfort and cleanliness that set a wonderful tone for our stay. It was evident that the hosts took great pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards. Not only was the villa clean, but it was also thoughtfully equipped with every amenity one could desire for a comfortable stay. The fully stocked kitchen, fully equiped rooms, and inviting pool area left no room for want. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the warmth and hospitality of our hosts. They welcomed us with a feast that surpassed our expectations, immediately making us feel like treasured guests. Throughout our visit, they offered invaluable local recommendations and guidance, enhancing our experience of Villasimius-Geremeas. The hosts' unwavering support was the highlight of our stay. When we faced issues with our rented car, they came to our rescue, managing the problem with grace and efficiency. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist with any inquiries or concerns showcased their exceptional commitment to ensuring our stay was hassle-free. In summary, our stay at this Villa was a perfect. We extend our heartfelt thanks to hosts for making our holiday a truly pleasant adventure.

Merci xxx Eine

Rundum zufrieden

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter.
