Looking for a holiday in an enchanting Sardinian territory? This apartment is located in a wonderful seaside area!
The sea and numerous white beaches can be enjoyed on one side while mountains and villages on the other side.
You wake up with the sounds of sheep bells and the sounds of numerous birds and you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains.
The house is spacious and is equipped with everything you need: kitchen, 2 bedrooms, barbecue, living room with wifi, TV and bathroom. The decoration was carried out down to the smallest detail: from the mosaic to stone cladding and verandas with wooden beams.
The area where the house is located is very scenic. Surrounded by nature: hills, sea and beaches, typical Sardinian villages, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

We originally booked four nights in Vittorios house and enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. The house itself is beautifully decorated, with wonderful views from the balcony. Easily accessible by public transport and ideal for a young family such as ours. Vittorio replied quickly to any questions and met me on arrival to show me around the house. The beach of Solanas is a short (20 mins) walk from the house and there is a cafe nearby. I would heartily recommend Vittorios house to anyone looking for a relaxing and private stay in the area. We hope to visit again.

beautiful view

we spend 5 days in solanas and enjoyed very much the view of the appartment. the balcony is quiet spacious and you can easily laze around for hours. it was very warm during the nights and the AC mainly cools the corridor. maybe it would help if there where mobile ACs. Anyway, Vittorio was very friendly and helpful and the we are sure he would have helped if we had contacted him.

Comfrtable hillside house with splendid views from large veranda

My wife and I stayed a week in late April (off season) and found the house and its furnishings comfortable, its kitchen nicely stocked, and its owner more than accommodating and helpful. The views from the well furnished--table, chairs, love-seat--veranda we quite stunning, a mountain ridge and Mediterranean Sea nearby. Nighttime as well as daytime views were outstanding. The location was convenient, 40 minutes from the Cagliari airport and well situated for access to the nearest large town, Villasimius (a scenic 15 minute drive) and for day trips to the major sites, archeological and scenic, on the southern half of the island. Vittorio was extraordinarily gracious, including packing up and mailing a computer we'd left at the airport. Our two favorite nearby restaurants were Da Barbara, within walking distance, on weekends, and Le Anfore, a 10 minute drive toward Villasimius. Only problem was with the Wi-Fi, learning that the router requires refreshment when unused for several hours. Also, restaurants in Solanas were closed during the week off season. We highly recommend this house.

Wonderful stay, just loved it

The host is the nicest man in Solanas. Felt so welcomed. Wonderful place, great balcony with the view of the sea and the mountain. I was just so relaxed. Plan on coming back as soon as I can. Slept like a baby. I highly recommend it!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier optimal aufgehoben. Das Haus liegt außerhalb in den Bergen, daher ein Auto von großem Vorteil. Strand sehr sauber mit kristallklaren Wasser. Ca. 1km lange Bucht. Unweit, ca. 30 Autominuten, Costa Rei. Ein Muss, dort mal vorbeizuschauen. Vermieter Vittorio ist sehr zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Ruhe und Panorama

Das Terrassenfoto trifft es auf den Punkt. Wer außerhalb des Trubels über den Dingen sitzen und seine Ruhe finden möchte, ist hier richtig. Dann stört auch nicht, dass ortsbedingt die Internetverbindung auf GMS beschränkt ist. Dann stört auch nicht, dass ein Auto unerlässlich ist. Man zu den berühmten Stränden an der Costa Roi und nach Villasimius ca. 20 - 30 Minuten Fahrzeit hat, zur Hauptstadt Calgari und in die Naturparks im Mittleren Osten der Insel ca. 60 Minuten. Fußläufig 15 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen kleinen, netten Einzelhändler für den täglichen Bedarf. Im selben Gebäude ein – in Qualität und Preis – erstklassiges Fischrestaurant. Und 5 Minuten weiter erreicht man den kleinen unspektakulären Strand von Solanas.

schön aber sehr heiß

die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön am Hang von Solanas mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Parkplatzsituation war sehr beengt und leider hatte das Haus keine Klimaanlage, somit waren die Temperaturen nachts sehr hoch.

Une maison très bien située, un accueil très sympa

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est idéalement située, dans une région magnifique avec des plages sublimes, des collines verdoyantes. La terrasse a une vue superbe. Vittorio était adorable, et a vraiment le sens de l'accueil: des boissons, des fruits, des biscuits, panetone etc...nous attendaient; il s'est immédiatement déplacé pour nous apporter un chauffage supplémentaire (car en janvier, il faisait un peu trop froid avec un seul chauffage au gaz), et était au petit soin, si nous avions besoin de quelque chose.

Achtung Baustelle!

Das Haus/die Anlage liegt etwas außerhalb der Ortschaft. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden, jedoch schlecht da kleiner Hof für jede Menge Autos. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern absolut ungeeignet, der Zugang zu den Wohnungen ist Baustelle pur, überall ragen Amierungseisen/Stäbe aus dem Boden. Die Wohnung war leider nicht sehr sauber und die Möbel teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Waschmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig (stand auf Balkon). Der Sitzbereich vor der Wohnung war sehr ungemütlich und lieblos gestaltet (Blick auf Baustelle und jeder Menge Baumüll). Vermieter war sehr nett, jedoch können wir dieses Ziel absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

Daniel Wolpert and his wife are very strange people. Despite my recommendations, they have disordered my home like never happened. I found the sand brought from the beach in every corner of the house, including the sheets. They have misused the washing machine so I had to repair by hydraulic. Unfortunately they made a lot of noise and disturb other neighbors. They never respected the car park assigned to them, creating problems for the other car parks. I can say that among the many positive guests I received they are by far the worst. I do not recommend them to any owner.

Siamo una coppia che ha soggiornato presso questa splendida struttura nel settembre 2014 e siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti. La casa è posizionata in luogo tranquillo e strategico ed è dotata di ogni comodità. Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung liegt in Solanas, einem ruhigen Örtchen mit schönem Strand. Vom großen Balkon / Terasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick in die Berge und runter aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, teilweise mit etwas älteren Möbeln. Für zwei Personen reicht es absolut aus! Zu viert könnte es vielleicht etwas eng werden. Aber die meiste Zeit verbringt man ohnehin draußen. Vittorio, der Vermieter, ist sehr bemüht und immer zu erreichen, falls Not am Mann ist. Wir kamen spät abends an und Vittorio hatte für uns schon den Kühlschrank gefüllt! Abgerundet wurde der Aufenthalt von der wirklich charmanten schwarzen Katze, die zu unserer Urlaubsbegleiterin wurde.

Nice house in beautiful area

We (2 people) had a very nice and relaxing stay in Vittorios house. From the balcony you have a wonderful view on the valley and the sea. The house is on the top of two other houses, but you have your own entry, veranda and barbecue and a lot of privacy. There is everything in the house you need for a comfortable vacation. The rooms were clean and nice decorated. so we felt instantly at home. The first days the weather was a bit cold, but Vittorio provided a heater for us, so this was not a problem. Its an ideal spot to relax and make some nice trips to the beaches and mountains in the area. Vittorio was very kind and the organization of our arrival and departure was very easy even at short notice.

Wunderschöne Wohnung zwischen Meer und Bergen

Die Wohnung von dem sehr hilfsbereiten und liebenswürdigen Vittorio liegt über zwei weiteren Wohnungen des Hausensembles (die während unseres Besuchs leer standen) und hat vor allem eine schöne Lage und einen tollen Blick von der Terrasse aus. Man sieht das Meer, aber eben auch die schönen Berge Sardiniens. Sonne und Mond tauchen an der Bergkante auf - sehr schön! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, warmes Wasser ist sofort da, schönes Bad, gute Küche, Waschmaschine, zwei Schlafzimmer, eine zweite Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit, eigener abgeschlossener Parkplatz Und eine intelligente schwarze kleine Katze, die man sofort lieb gewinnt, wenn sie ankommt. Sie darf nicht ins Haus und genau das weiß und akzeptiert sie auch. Von der Wohnung aus kann man mit dem Auto viele ganz unterschiedliche Strände erreichen, eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt nur 500m entfernt. Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Daher beste Empfehlung zur Anmietung!
