Appréciation location chateau août 2021

Très mauvaise insonorisation (on entend ses voisins parlés- mitoyenneté) Pas de porte à la chambre à l'étage donc impossible d'écouter la TV sans déranger ceux qui dorment à l'étage et super dangereux pour les enfants en bas âge dormant en haut (pas précisé sur l'annonce, on a dû bricoler une barrière pour y parer). Portail plus que précaire Table extérieure blanche trop petite et bancale car usée Mur le long du terrain en parepin seulement bétonné (pas très décoratif) C'est affreux comme s'il était toujours en construction (bonjour la vue quand on mange dehors) on a tourné la table pour que ce soit mieux et vue sur le terrain. Et il n’y a pas de volets à la chambre en étage. obligé de caler le rideau avec 1 chaise pour ne pas avoir trop de lumière le matin. Sinon bien placé si on a une voiture ou des vélos.

Très bon emplacement

La location est très bien placée, à 5 min de la plage et du centre du Château d'Oléron, le jardin est grand et agréable pour les enfants. Attention toutefois, l'escalier qui mène à la mezzanine est raide et n'est pas recommandé pour les très jeunes enfants. L'espace de vie est un peu petit par rapport à la taille de la chambre avoisinante.

Sans problèmes particuliers, petite location Sans prétention mais correcte. Avantages, parking privé pour 2 véhicules, proximité de la piste cyclable. A recommander pour petit budget
