Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée, très bien située et vraiment très bien équipée, ce qui est très appréciable.C'est aussi tres agréable que les animaux soit accepté.Le logement est a proximité de tout commerce.Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés : il serait utile de préciser dans l'annonce qu'il existe un droit de passage dans le jardin par contre la voisine est adorable et tres serviable . Le chien du voisin est également très bruyant le matin, ce qui peut être dérangeant. Plusieurs poignées de porte sont à réparer, car elles restent parfois dans la main. La VMC ainsi que la hotte ne fonctionnent pas. Enfin, le réfrigérateur est difficile à ouvrir et le porte-bouteilles tombe facilement.Mis à part ces quelques détails, tout s'est très bien passé et nous recommandons ce logement.

Huisdiervriendelijk, zeer rustige omgeving, goede bedden, zeer vriendelijke dame met schattig huisje op het zelfde terrein, mooie omgeving waar je geweldig kunt fietsen. Het echte eilandgevoel! Veel dank!

Une maison moderne, pratique, très propre avec un beau jardin et une jolie terrasse. Un accueil très agréable par une jeune dame réactive et disponible. Le propriétaire que j ai eu l occasion d avoir en ligne est très agreable et reactif egalement. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Bon séjour mais...

La maison est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Le mobilier et la décoration sont de bon goût. Quelques remarques : -un tapis ou un rideau de douche permettrait d'éviter de mouiller le sol de la salle de bain -nous aurions souhaité être informés de la servitude de passage avec la maison d'en face nous obligeant à constamment surveiller si le portail était bien fermé pour la sécurité de notre chien -la maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel avec des commerces difficilement accessibles à pieds -la pelouse était vraiment trop haute pour profiter pleinement du jardin

Maison très fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cette maison très agréable. Un merci particulier à Krystel pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse 😊. Très bon séjour

La déco sobre et fonctionnelle de la maison est agréable, l'accueil est sympathique, une piste cyclable de 3 km jusqu'à la plage de Vert Bois. Une réserve les équipements extérieurs, mais un très bon moment tout de même !

Très bonne expérience pour notre premier séjour à Oléron.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en juillet 2017. Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes. Le gîte est très confortable et bien équipé. Il est bien situé sur l'île, au calme. Nous avons pu dormir fenêtre ouverte sans être dérangés. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Les lits sont confortables. La liaison internet a un haut débit. Prestation de belle qualité.
