We thank you for taking the time to review our property and give your feedback about your experience. Our apologies regarding anything that was uncomfortable encountered during your stay. Our agents are reachable 24hrs specially when guests have any issues, requests or even a heads up in case something is missing. We have property managers and handyman available during business hours as well. The sofa couch is only 2 years old that is in this fully renovated apartment. Usually mattress in this type of sleeping arrangement is not comparable to a regular bed mattress, and we understand people have different taste of level of firmness. Despite of that, we are glad that you enjoyed your time staying at this apartment. Much Aloha!

It was great hosting Renee's group. They respected all of the house rules and left the unit very clean. We are sorry for the inconvenience of the microwave.
