About this property

Seas the day 3-level Townhome, 2 bed and 2.5 bath.

Welcome to our family-friendly townhome on Pensacola Beach. Our unit is part of the Boardwalk community on the beautiful Santa Rosa sound. Our townhome is 2 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths. The bottom level has a covered parking spot with access from a separate residential street, outdoor shower, swing, grill, covered entertaining area with a picnic table for outdoor dining and a outside beach toy closet. We also use a keypad entry for ease with check-in.
The second level includes a living room with glass doors that access a balcony. The kitchen and dining area also have balcony access with glass doors. This floor also includes a 1/2 bath and laundry area. The top level has the master bedroom with private full bath and glass doors leading out to the upper balcony which is also accessed from the second bedroom and private full bath. We also provide several amenities for small children. A Baby gate, pack & play, toddler cot and bed rail. For indoor entertainment we have games and books for all ages. Amazon Fire-Sticks on each TV, cable and high speed internet.
Our unit is just seconds away from the water and has access to one of the largest private beaches on the sound side of Pensacola. We are just a short 2 minute walk across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Our complex also features a community room, pool, beach volleyball, and a nice private dock for fishing or watching a breath taking sunset.
Pensacola beach is a relaxing family orientated retreat. The trolley bus stop is 5 minutes from our door step and runs during the Summer Free of charge. The trolley makes many landmark stops on our beautiful beaches. During your stay on Pensacola Beach, you can enjoy many activities. Paddle boarding, parasailing, miniature golf, fishing or our new premier adventure park. Pensacola Beach also has plenty of options to choose for restaurants and bars if you choose to venture out.
Our property has a three night minimum stay with an age requirement of 25 years old. Sorry but Pets are not allowed.

Jennifer’s property was close to the beautiful beach (5 minute walk at the most) on the Gulf side and the bay was directly behind her unit. It was perfect for a beach trip. Our stay was wonderful! The secondary room was big enough for two teens and an 11 year old. The primary bedroom was a good size and the whole house was very clean and decorated nicely. The supply closet is full of goodies for fun at the beach.

Fantastic family beach trip

We loved our stay at the beach house! We split our time between the "big beach" the "little beach" and the pool and rarely anywhere else. We prepared our meals in the kitchen and napped on the cozy couch. Beds were so comfortable and it is the first time I was able to relax in years! Five stars!

Girls Trip

We took a girls trip for our birthdays, and Seas the Day was perfect for 4 over 40 women! The location was ideal, with the bay only a few steps from the front door, and the gulf about a block away. We had all we needed, including a wagon for our beach outings. Jennifer was great and super responsive, as well as checking on us during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Lovely home!!

We loved our stay!! Jennifer had all the amenities we needed…especially for our little children! Sand toys, beach umbrella, towels, pack n play…just to name a few things! She was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Plus she helped ease our fears when Hurricane Idalia was nearby. What a lovely home, lovely hostess! We will definitely be staying again!

We enjoyed our stay! My husband loves to mullet fish with a cast net & he was in heaven on the pier! My only negative was the ac vents in the kitchen/living area weren’t able to be diverted or closed. Stayed cold on that level but comfy upstairs though 😊

Family Vacation

I cannot say enough great things about this townhouse. Everything was spotless upon arrival. Having a downstairs entrance and the living areas on the 2 floors above did wonders for containing sand. The unit was well stocked with anything you may need for your stay, including games, movies, and books. The location was perfect. You’re away from the crowds and congestion but still close to all of the fun. Beach access is right across the street. We never had an issue crossing the street. The beach was perfect and probably the least crowded beach I’ve ever been to, so no rushing out early in the morning to get the perfect spot. You’re just a short walk away from Peg Leg Pete’s and a trolly stop. The pool was nice and clean as well. This was by far our favorite place we’ve ever stayed on the beach. We hope to stay here again.

I wish the condo still had the large outdoor table that is shown in the listing photos on the second floor balcony. My family had always enjoyed sitting outside on the second floor balcony to have our meals and was disappointed that the large table had been removed.

Spring break

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The space was great it was updated and clean. They had all the things we needed for the beach, wagon, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler and even a bike. Location was excellent. It’s on the only private beach on the bay side and just walk across the street to the gulf side. If one side was windy and big waves we just went to the other side. It’s a short walk to Peg Leg Pete’s which is a great restaurant and has a play area for the kids. I would highly recommend this property and hope we get to come back some day.

Exactly what our family needed!

I chose this location specifically for the accommodations for kids and it was great! There's a whole closet full of beach toys, a wagon and floaties galor! There's a pack and play and plenty of space to set it up. It's got a beach access to the sound just steps away and literally a block walk to get to the Gulf. The property manager was vety responsive and helpful. Only reason we're giving 4 stars is because we found a few bugs inside but the property manager was quick to offer resolution to fix the problem.

Simply amazing!

We had an incredible and amazing time in this beautiful condo! It was very well furnished and very comfortable for our entire family. The beautiful beach is only a few minutes walk and the backside bay only steps away. The complex had minor renovations ongoing, but nothing that impeded or prevented us from having a very enjoyable and memorable stay! The property owner was amazing and ensured our stay was everything that we could have hoped for and more! I would not hesitate to stay here again and I totally recommend this condo to anyone looking for an amazing experience at Pensacola Beach!! 🤗🙌

Family stay

We enjoyed the location of the property with Bay on one side and just across the street was the ocean. Appreciated that property had an outdoor storage with chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. That was the deciding factor for my family choosing this location so we didn't have to pack or buy these things during our vacation. Also, the outdoor shower was very helpful to clean our shoes and feet before going into house. Only thing that was a negative was that in the living area, we could only watch local TV but honestly, we spent almost all of our time out and about anyways.
