Beautiful, well maintained, and roomy condo! We loved sitting out on the decks and especially enjoyed the swing and hammock. Just steps from the bay which has beautiful views of the sunset. The Gulf was a short walk across the street and was not too crowded. And if you need another water option the neighborhood pool is great too. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

Our family (two boys, 8 and 12) likes a relaxed vacation at the beach. The Boardwalk is perfect for that, not overly crowded and low traffic with quick access to the pool and beach! This was our fifth time staying in C8 and we highly recommend it! Everything was clean and worked well. No issues and no stress with the condo. The space is great to relax, unwind, cool off after the beach, enjoy meals, and enjoy the views. The comfortable furniture made it easy to have lazy, relaxing time with the family. Overall, this place makes it easy to enjoy your time at the beach and we’ll definitely continue to book it in the future!

Perfect place for a relaxing week in Pensacola Beach!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation at Pensacola Beach! We’ve stayed at this unit several times now and it’s always been good to us. This unit is well located (easy 5 minute walk to the gulf beach and the complex is right on the sound) and well appointed with everything we needed for a week! Our kids loved the pool and the complex wasn’t crowded or loud. In the condo, everything worked well and made it very easy to relax and enjoy the stay! We highly recommend this place and would book it again in the future.

Only a short walk to the beach in a great location. Condo was very spacious and super clean. The kitchen had everything you would need. The bathroom was stalked with plenty clean towels. Lots of seating outside to relax. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Slice of Heaven!

Amazing location, the property was spacious and spotless, with every amenity you can think of! We loved our stay here from the beach just steps away, turquoise water and the bay sunsets just a minute's walk!!! Spectacular views, we saw sea turtles, dolphins, lots of different fish species, and blue Herons, just an amazing place, we will be back for sure!!!

Fun time away with family

We had a great stay, less than a 4 minute walk to the gulf side and 1 minute on the other side. Will need a car to access restaurant and shopping areas, but we did have a rental. 40 minute drive to naval museum and we were there to see blue angels practice. 1 hr away from alligator farm.

Wonderful rental

This was a fantastic place for my wife, two girls, and I to spend a week. It was right across the road from the gulf. We had such a wonderful time and the host could not have been more helpful. Will definitely go back.

Great condo!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and very nice. I liked that we had covered parking and the car didn’t get too hot. The location was great. A very short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would change is there is no door on the main bathroom.

We are a family of 4 and we moved back to Pensacola in 2014 to be near family. We have 2 daughters who love to run and play and swim which makes Boardwalk perfect in every way. We all love to spend time with family and friends cooking out, relaxing, spending time outside and in the water.

Why they chose this property

We found out about Boardwalk years ago from friends and started vacationing at Boardwalk in 2012. We loved our time there so much we decided we wanted to own a little piece of paradise. Boardwalk is truly a hidden treasure and we know you will love it just as much as we do. Enjoy your time on some of the most beautiful beaches on earth!

What makes this property unique

Boardwalk has a private beach which gives our residents the most amazing view of Pensacola Beach summer sunsets! A beautiful private pool, the Gulf of Mexico just steps across the street, numerous great restaurants close by, a bike/running path out the front door and plenty of fun things to do year round in the Pensacola area!
