So much fun!

This place is perfect for a family or friends getaway with a large group. 13 of us had a blast and there was still an unused bedroom and bathroom. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm (but you do need to hit the timer a few times to warm up the hot tub - takes about an hour to reach “hot”). Book it and have fun!

It's a nice house but alot of things weren't working.

The property is a great place but there where a list of things that were either broken or not working. The main thing was the ac in the garage which they maintenance but still wasn't working at that point I just stopped complaining. Aside from that broken, chairs, broken games, broken karaoke mics, the upstairs rooms in kids bedrooms were always hot but they do have extra fans. All in all my kids enjoyed pool and space of the house.

Fun House full of loads of entertaining options

There was so much to do in this home that we didn't leave for the first two days. Pool and hot tub were the biggest hit, spending hours in each. Make sure to heat the pool so you can use it all day and evening. Remember to keep the noise down, as houses and pools are within feet of each other so you don't want to bother the neighbors. Movie theater makes you feel like you are part of the movie. Pool table and Karaoke was such fun for whole family. Kids loved the driving car games. The kitchen is well stocked with items for cooking but no spices or condiments so remember to bring them. Kids said it was their best vacation ever! All in all, it is a great family home....clean and comfortable. We loved it and will return if we come back to Orlando.

Disappointed

The pool was freezing the first two days despite us paying extra for pool heat. We were told it can take 48 hours to heat so don’t plan on swimming till the third day your there. The movie theater and TV’s didn’t work. We waited around for two different repairmen on two different days and neither one of them were able to fix the problems. The PlayStation controllers didn’t hold a charge. We were disappointed, especially with the pool and TV problems. I felt like we paid for services and accommodations we didn’t get. After our vacation we emailed and texted management about our concerns. They have not responded.

Mickey's Playcation Station

Playcation Station was 6 stars for all ages. Between the adult bar area with a pool table, electronic darts,karookee with a stage, poker table and chips and table top Pac Man,the adults had a wonderful time. The small kids fell in love with the themed bunk bed rooms and the getaway Harry Potter room. We had one teenager with us and he was in heaven in the teen bedroom that was equipped with 2 screens and set up for Xbox and PS4. The arcade with dueling race car system and theatre was busy for all ages. After we visited the parks, jumping in the pool was awesome and at night we made smores over the firepit. With all the above I actually think the most popular items at the home was the 2 massage chairs. Family members disappeared for hour at a time, melting in the chairs that are in 2 of the 6 bedrooms. Disney was 10 minutes away and if your family does not want to visit the parks, this home is located in a park setting with a wonderful kids pool, adult pool and a flow rider. The pool area has a full service restaurant and bar, along with a full equipped gym. This entire area is awesome. We have already booked a repeat vacation at the same home. This home was built for family memories. The company managing the home had it in excellent condition and ready for our arrival. The best rental we have ever stayed at!

Williams vacation

We have stayed in alot of vrbos but my parents and sisters family never have. The space was great for all 10 of us! The pool was awesome the kids definitely enjoyed that after long days. My 75 year old dad and all 4 kids. Lovedddddd the arcade games. (The racing games was a must) The beds were very cozy! We loved that all of us could sit at the dinner table together and enjoy a meal. Things that needed some help. Other peoples hair on the floor upon arrive in the bathrrom commode upstairs. Snack bag and metal water cup in my daughters bunk bed. All the doors squeek horribly(we woke eachother up by opening them) My 71 year old mother took a HORRIBLE fall in the shower which ruined her last 2 days (epcot and universal) having to be in a wheel chair. She may have did something to her rotating cup or ligaments in her upper arm as well as her upper right thigh, back and hip. Unfortunately she had to book a early flight this morning due to being in too much pain and needing to get home to go to her doctor. The shower in the downstairs master bathroom is like a complete ice skating rink. When you step down into the shower there is about 8" or more that has no mat and its straight tile that is ridiculous slipper and she slipped and fell on the shower door entry and tile outside the shower on her right side. Shes delt with it for 3 long days, she didn't want to miss her last trip to disney world nor her 3 year old daughters first trip to disney. Tonya came out to do a accident report and even said something needed to be done with that shower due to how slippery it was. Other than that the first few days was great and we enjoyed it alot.

Kids loved the rooms and ending each day by swimming in the pool. Was a comfortable place to relax and have fun after being at the park . Had a few issues with theater room, and a few other things but all were taken care of during stay.

Pretty Nice!

Nice and spacious for families! The kids rooms are nice and decorative. We loved the game space upstairs and movie room. The pool area is perfect size for a small family! The country club is really nice. Be aware that you will have to stop at the store for all food and toiletries. Also, we ran into some problems with the internet and the tv. We had to unplug the router. Other than that, we enjoyed it!

These are self catering homes and as such any further supplies need to be purchased during your stay. If the weather is bad, it can affect the internet service and unplugging is usually all that is required. We loved this house!!

This is a beautiful home. We loved the location and the house has every thing you could want. The three game rooms were awesome. Young and old enjoyed them. The massage chairs were very soothing after a day at Disney. The bedrooms were all spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved the themed bunk beds. Plenty of large bathrooms. This is our favorite house we have stayed in over the last few years. We plan to rent this house next year when we come back to south Florida.
