The first-floor features two king bedrooms, including a suite, while the second floor offers a queen suite, a queen bedroom, and two custom kids’ rooms—Mickey and Harry Potter—sharing bathrooms. Additional features include a Harley-Davidson-themed room, air hockey, and a football table for hours of indoor entertainment (game consoles not provided). TVs are in every bedroom, and custom-designed décor adds charm and comfort throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast island, and a formal dining area seating eight. Step outside to the private screened-in lanai, complete with a pool, spillover spa, outdoor dining table for eight, seating for four, four sun loungers, and a child safety fence.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Lovely home. Our 2nd time here. Beds are comfortable, ample space, plenty of kitchen supplies (plates, pans, utensils). Pool was super relaxing after a long day of walking!

We had a lovely stay. We would have liked live TV.

Everything was great. A large group of parties next door made it so we couldn’t enjoy being out in the evenings but fortunately only for two nights. With the doors shut the house is soundproof! We went to Disney twice, great location. Loved the nice warm pool and whirlpool. Both were sparkly clean.

This place was as good as advertised. Everything in the house worked, the pool was heated (after paying the daily fee), and the owners were very helpful. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space. Highly recommend!

Overall our experience was great. Wish the house had come with all of the items featured in the pictures online. Also, the house was advertised with a heated pool and spa but we had to pay an additional fee to have it heated. This is something that should have been included in the rental. There were 10 of us staying at the house and we had plenty of room to spread out. Kids enjoyed the pool. Great neighborhood!!

Everything was wonderful for my family's first Florida experience. My only complaint is the access/maintenance towards heated pool. The family stayed 5 days and couldn't enjoy pool experience. When we arrived it was raining, so no one checked the heated pool. The very next day in the early hours of the morning it gets tested and it's not heated. Of course upon calling to confirm heated pool request.....we are educated of failed request and our remaining 4 days didn't meet 5 day requirements. Was extremely disappointed cause I brought my elderly parents and in-laws to relax.....and the didn't maximize their stay

House was nice not as beautiful as shown in the pictures on Vrbo. Blue chairs were missing. Dust and dirt everywhere. Jets on spa unit did not work. Informed owner wasn’t fixed or cleaned properly. Emailed the resort itself told me that the rental was cleaned and no refund was going to be provided. I have a thread of emails and pictures of everything.

Terrible Property

Upon walking into the residence, I was disappointed. The property is not clean at all! There is orange substance splattered on various walls/doors on the first floor. The placemats had food stuck to them as well as the oven mitt. The cleaning crew left charcoal on the bottom of the over and covered it with aluminum foil so when we started to preheat the oven, it caught on fire and the whole house smelled like smoke. The cabana bathroom shower has mold all over the tile floor. The bedding for the larger rooms is not the same - it is a cheap thin bedding. The closet in the Mickey room is broken and to be honest, it’s a safety issue because the track sticks out so far. The air hockey table wire was cut (another safety issue for kids). The cleaning service doesn’t provide any bars of soap for the bathroom sinks let alone one roll of paper towel to start with in the kitchen. Think of it as renting an unmaintained furnished apartment because that’s honestly what you’re getting. You need to supply everything yourself. To make it worse, the management team did not respond to any of my emails. Do not stay here.

Annual friend vacation

Overall we had a great time at this property. There is some normal wear and tear, but the things that needed handled by maintenance were done so in a timely fashion. The pool and hot tub are great, very glad we paid for the heat. There are not near enough cups for 13 people, so keep that in mind and purchase some solo cups. The actual Solara resort pool and activities are great and Liam the pool bar bartender was awesome!

Beautiful house, great location

I was worried after booking and not having a lot of reviews but we really enjoyed this house and property so I had to write a review for cuter renters! We loved the house, location and amenities. The resort that you have access to is not even a five minute walk up at the end of the street. It has two pools, a kid splash zone, huge playground, surf boarding simulator (flow rider), ice cream parlor, kids activities, gym, as well as bar and restaurant with outside seating. The hosue was big l, clean and with lofted ceiling as well as huge triple glass door you can open the full door to outside patio with baby gate around the pool. It was such a great trip. If I was to pick negatives it’s there is no extras; like no trash bags, soap, hand soap or paper towels. But there was 8 wine glasses! (Previous review said only 1 glass). So as long as you come prepared you will love it. I would recommend getting pool heated, it was perfect!

Beautiful property - very well kept

This property met all expectations for comfort and cleanliness. Not only will it sleep 10-12 comfortably but, the whole house is laid out in such a way that a group that large can comfortably share it as well. The pool and spa are fantastic and the outdoor area is very large and usable with very good shade. Make sure to add heat in the winter months! Definitely worth it! It is worth noting that the property doesn't provide things like hand or dish soap and no rags or towels for the kitchen so, especially if you plan on cooking that is something to plan for. Overall the house was a 5/5!

Needs a refresh

Firstly this villa is in a great resort, easy to get to, nice facilities (most of which were shut but we did go out if season) but the villa itself is tired and in need of a refresh. There's dust galore, the fabric sofa in the living area was full of stains, kitchen cupboards were filthy and there were plug outlets/sockets hanging off the wall. There were 4 tall glasses and 1 wine glass for a 5 bedroom villa, the back door in the shower room has no blind so unless your happy showering and using the toilet with everyone able to see you it's no good and there were no instructions on how to use the appliance or get in the front door. In short I'm sure this villa was great when it was first getting rented out but poor management has left it very second rate. I wouldn't stay there again, which is a shame

Big, Beautiful Getaway!

We stayed here at the beginning of the COVID-19 quarantine and enjoyed every minute! While the Disney World Parks, and the amenities that come with this place were all closed we spent the week at this home. We were busy the whole time. The pool and hot tub were so clean and perfect. The hot tub was easy to use and so nice! My kids loved the TV's in the bedrooms. They loved that they could watch Netflix and Disney+ on their own TV's. The game room was great! Beds comfortable and the house was clean!!! Great family vacation home! I would stay here again!!! For future renters: When they say that they only provide bath towels, they were right. You get the bare minimum here. No soap at all to even get you started(for anything like hands, dishes, dishwasher, laundry), no dish towels or rags, no salt/pepper...anything like that. We had to buy a lot of extra things to stay for the week. Other homes we have rented at least had some basics (like salt/pepper and dish towels). The dishes they provide were good to use. Other than that, we LOVED it and would just come better prepared.
