Bright & open floor plan with high ceilings, recessed lighting, hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms. Enjoy your evenings outdoor with beautiful lighting and romantic fireplace. Living room with fireplace opens to the private patio for entertaining after a fun day at the beach. Master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace, balcony, large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, extra large shower for two, walk in closet & double sink. Second bedroom has queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has two full bunk beds. 2nd full bathroom is a jack & jill bathroom between the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. Queen air bed is also available & located in the closet. Washer & dryer located in laundry room by garage. Games available in the living room tv stand storage. Beautiful neighborhood and close to the beach. We attended a family wedding while in town and the property was well stocked and had everything we needed. Will definitely look to stay here again.
Great walkable location and very comfortable home…. Easy to walk to town, for dinner and to beach! Home is as described… we had a great time and would rent it again!

The property was great. Very comfortable and as advertised. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants of CDM. Beds were comfortable and the house had all the amenities needed. Great place!
Our family of 6 took a quick getaway from Utah because we love the beach. The house had everything we needed and more. We all slept so comfortably and really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and can’t wait to come back.
My family of 4 (10 and 8 year old boys) had a great time at this clean, comfortable and nicely laid out house. We walked to the coffee shops/restaurants, which were only a few blocks away. Close to a park and a quick drive down to the beach - so ideal location.
Really enjoyed our last minute stay at Theo property. We were looking for a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We were able to walk to the beach several times and to great restaurants. Beds were comfy and the home had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
Perfect house for our five adults in a very quiet neighborhood. We were close enough to walk down to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend this spot to anyone travelling to CDM or New Port Beach.
We booked this home for our wedding weekend in Corona Del Mar, and it was the perfect hub for our family. The home is well appointed with amenities and was very clean and spacious. The hostess communicated in a timely manner and check in was very easy.
