Upstairs you will find a spacious living room with the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. Downstairs has a large family room with a daybed, stylish kitchenette, game table, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and an outdoor patio. Located in one of Newport's quieter neighborhoods, this property is just a one minute walk to one of the best and least crowded beaches in town. With only one attached wall to your neighbors this beautifully furnished 2 story is all yours so there will be no strangers making noise above you. This home comes with two parking spots in the garage just for you. Located on a residential side street, it is an easy, safe and short walk to the beach. Get visit to Newport Beach!!

We had a trip with my family (4 kids) and my in laws. It went great! The space worked perfect for our setup. This home is really nice and it’s been recently refinished with some great modern updates. Location is also wonderful with it being a 25 second walk to the beach. Communication with the landlord was easy and they were very attentive. I would stay again in a heartbeat.Thanks!!
