Lovely farmhouse with rolling meadows, fruit trees and amazing Mountain Views. If you ever wanted to know what farm life could be like, here is your chance without the work! Instead of rushing cars and planes flying overhead, you'll hear the sounds of song birds, coyotes and moose harkening in the distance. Wake up and enjoy coffee and watch deer grazing in the fields and finish it by watching the sun set over the mountains while or enjoy a hot toddy by the fireplace! This three bedroom plus, has an additional romp room in the large family room upstairs. Two huge living rooms downstairs to accommodate family gatherings. 15 beautiful minutes to Coeur d’Alene yet far enough to relax and breathe the fresh mountain air. Bring the family and stretch out and watch the wildlife and enjoy fresh apples, pears and raspberries when in season. Pick fresh Cherries and lavender in the summer and the ideal spot for bird watchers as well. The ultimate family vacation to reconnect, recharge and experience nature at its best.

*For security reasons there are two (2) Ring Cameras located on the property. Both cameras only view the front parking area which include the front of the barn and garage. None of the interior or exterior living spaces are in view of any cameras.

Wonderful location and home

The property and location of the home was wonderful. Very quiet, beautiful trees plus lots of open space to explore and enjoy. Well maintained grounds. We were able to enjoy our dinner outside every evening as the weather was lovely. The rooms in the house were large and offered plenty of seating plus areas where smaller groups could gather easily. The bedrooms worked out fine for our configuration. The home is also an easy drive to Couer d'Alene and to many nice hiking trails and swimming opportunities, all of which we enjoyed.

Just Right

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. Close to all the things we wanted to do but not too close! We loved the wide open spaces around us and gathering back “at home” after our adventures for the day.

Beautiful county stay

The place was awesome - plenty of space, cool enough (despite the heat), lots of animals: deer, turkeys, quail, squirrels, cats, even an elk and a porcupine. The home itself was comfortable, plenty of supplies in the kitchen, the beds were nice. I even started reading one of the books in the library (didn't finish, so then I had to buy my own copy...)

Peaceful, Restful, Wonderful!

What a wonderful spot for our family vacation! So much room and privacy. The view is spectacular! The children loved watching the abundant wildlife and so much enjoyed playing outside and walks with Papa and Gramma! Our time together was filled with memories that will last a lifetime! THANK YOU!

Charming farmhouse and property. .

We loved this farmhouse. Older house with extensive remodeling and well maintained. Total privacy on this acreage. The setting was beautiful. Lots of room inside and many beds. Kitchen fully supplied. Oven not great. Evenings on the deck with BBQ and hot tub were perfect. Short 13 minute drive to downtown Couer d’Alene was not an issue with the beautiful country road. The bonus was the deer, porcupine, quail, moose, and song birds. I would be happy to stay again on this delightful property.

Farm House Stay

This was a beautiful location for a getaway with my family. My kids (9 and 11) loved roaming the pastures and seeing the deer on the property! The house was fully stocked and came with a wonderful welcome basket as well! The owners were very responsive and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation to Idaho!

Great escape in Fall!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The house is large and had everything we could've needed. The two living rooms would be good for a larger group of 2 families as well. The location to downtown was great. The property itself is amazing, you really get the feel of and old homestead and it provided a great escape for us. The fall colors were in full bloom with commanding mountain views so we couldn't have asked for a better way to get a real fall experience. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had, we'd definitely return!

The house was beautiful and was exactly as advertised! The family loved the tub. The cherry tree had cherries on it, so I indulged in a few. Overall, we were very pleased!

15 acres of relaxation!

Beautiful, serene farm on a hill. We played board games on the picnic table and watched the deer in the fields. My kids loved running around and collecting pine cones. Well-stocked indoors with a washer/dryer to make things easy for a large family. What a wonderful stay!

Perfect place to get away

Peaceful farmhouse with wildlife visitors

We stayed 2 weeks at the farmhouse and were visited by deer, elk and coyotes on the back pastures. We also encountered a moose at the marsh heading into the property. Us and our 2 dogs loved the room to roam on the property and the many nearby hiking trails to explore. The wood fireplace was great for warming up and relaxing in the evenings, as was the Jacuzzi, and the kitchen was fully stocked to accommodate family meals. The internet met remote work needs, although it was hard to work with some much nature to experience at the farmhouse and in the area. Thank you for an amazing rental, it's on the top of our list for future visits. :)

A Beautiful Oasis

This home was perfect for an extended stay for our family. The setting is perfect for relaxation. The hot tub was a wonderful way to unwind each night and the wood stove kept the house so warm. There is enough space for everyone (8 in our party) and the kids loved the romp space. The house is perfectly out in the middle of nowhere yet very close to yummy restaurants and a gym we went to every other day. There was a hiccup and the hosts went above and beyond solving the problem in a quick mamner. The Wifi was fast enough to do both online school and work remotely from the home. We hope to rent here again soon!
