This recently renovated 3 bedroom/1.5 bath ranch is just a few minutes walk to downtown Louisville, local restaurants, coffee shops, parks, etc. This is a lived in home and comes as is. The updated kitchen is fully supplied with kitchen wares and includes a large island. The master bedroom has a new Tempur-Pedic queen bed on an adjustable frame and a TV. The second bedroom has another queen bed, with an extra twin mattress stored under the bed. The third bedroom offers a twin bunkbed. The house is located on a quiet lot that backs-up to a greenbelt. The large backyard includes a grill, patio table, trampoline, hammock, cork dart board, slackline monkey bars, gas fireplace and wood-burning fire pit. Great for families, pets, and enjoying time outside!

Perfect home in great location!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! It was an extremely comfortable home in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood and the location was convenient to all the places we wanted to visit while in Colorado. One block to the grocery store made it ideal. The house was very clean and supplied with all your needs while traveling. The owners couldn't be nicer and were very easy to reach. We loved the back yard patio for our morning breakfast. Can't wait to return!!
