Villa "Rosebud" took her name from the American film "Citizen Kane". Although the meaning of "Rosebud" still remains an enigma, for us, here in the villa, Rosebud means happiness,memories, relaxation... HOME.
One beautiful luxurious villa with private swimming pool fully furnished, fully renovated.

Villa "Rosebud" consists of two floors. The first floor has two bedrooms, (one with a double bed and one with two semi - double beds), one bathroom and a WC, a living room with a fireplace and an amazing sea view and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor consists of a master bedroom with a private bathroom and a balcony with an outstanding view. Every room has air condition and heating. It can sleeps up to 7 people

The name "Rosebud" is not just a name that came to my mind. One of my favourite movies, Citizen Kane and the meaning of "Rosebud" is the exact feeling I want to share with my guests. Lefkada is a really beautiful island and some or her beaches are among the most outstanding beaches in the world.

Rosebud = childhood innocence and happiness

What makes this property unique

Villa Rosebud is built on a small hill in the village of Nikiana. Te view from every place is amazing. The garden, where the swimming pool is, is full of flowers and beautiful smells. The interior decoration is a result of hard work. The bedrooms are made with lot of love in order to respect our guests and their needs.
