We understand the need to keep houses clean for renters and the house is professionally cleaned between renters.

This priced wine country house is in Sonoma, California. The property sits on two acres including a one-acre pinot noir vineyard. Recently remodeled and casually appointed, this home has all the conveniences to make your stay comfortable. Located one hour north of San Francisco, It is only a 30-minute drive to Marin and Napa Counties, one hour to Mendocino County and within a ten-minute drive to the historic town square of Sonoma. Situated at 1100 feet elevation on Sonoma Mountain, with privacy, this one story, three bedroom, three full bathrooms, 2500 square foot house has views of the hills, valley, and bay. It provides the renter with a wine country feel with a vineyard and a full outdoor cooking area.

There's lots to do if you like wine or the wine country style. Sonoma is famous for its wine and food. You could spend each day of your stay visiting a new area in Sonoma County and still not see it all. Visit world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa, walk around the Sonoma Historic Town Square, see the giant redwoods, or travel to small quaint towns and villages along the Sonoma Coast. There is always something going on in Sonoma. You can dine at wonderful restaurants or shop at gourmet grocery stores that provide an array of options for dining and entertainment.

The house comes complete with everything you need, including TVs in every room, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, all linens and paper products and basic cooking supplies. All you will need are fresh groceries. I do live in this house for part of the year, so it is well stocked.

Wonderful stay…highly recommend!

The property, grounds and views were stunning! We were a group of three couples and we all felt like we had our own space. The house was very clean and Chef Erin Shallat provided food for us upon arrival and made a wonderful dinner for us our last night there. Highly recommend this property and Chef Erin!

Wine country get away

This house was beautiful! The decor and furnishings were high end. The kitchen was nicely equipped with more than you need to cook a full meal. Beds were comfortable! The outdoor spaces were amazing and the views were fantastic! Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home beautiful artworks, great host right there.15 minutes to town and a world apart, be sure and save some time to enjoy the outside area fronting the vineyard.There is a partial view all the way to Pablo bay.LOVED IT

Wine Country Trip

Fantastic scenic location for a great property. And the house itself is very attractive and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is probably one of the best equipped kitchens I have ever seen. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Beautiful home and setting in Sonoma California

Stayed at this gorgeous home for 7 days to visit wineries. Everyday we couldn’t wait to get back and sit outside to relax and enjoy the Beautiful property and view. Ideal getaway home

This home is wonderful and the view from the back of the house is fantastic. You never want to leave. A perfect morning spot to enjoy your coffee and relax for dinner and wine at the end of a day wine tasting and touring. We loved this house and look forward to returning soon.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay at Sandy's house was perfect. It was like staying at a friend's home. We were three couples and we all had our own space. The house is beyond well equipped, and so many great entertaining spaces. We had chef Erin come in one evening and it was magical. Sandy provides so much information that was appreciated since this was my first time in the area. We all talked about how we hope to make this trip an annual event!

This home is breathtaking!

Anything I write will fall short to describe the home, the location, the view and attention to detail from the host. I feel lucky to have had the pleasure of staying in this home for a week. Convenient to Sonoma Plaza, the wineries and Sonoma Raceway. Will definitely come back!

Fabulous property in Sonoma

The beautiful property overlooking a vineyard has everything you need for a stay with family and/ or friends. The views and relaxing vibe from the back porch/area are amazing. A quick 15 minute drive gets you to Sonoma Square and everything you need in terms of shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this property. .

Sonoma wine trip

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Sandy and our amazing stay at this adorable Sonoma vineyard house! The house was clean, beautiful and filled to the brim with any item you could possibly need! The beds were comfortable and the views are amazing, looking out over a vineyard and down to Vallejo through the valley! We highly recommend this VRBO for your vacation needs!

40th Birthday Weekend

We had a 40th Birthday Celebration for my wife along with a small group of friends. We loved the home. Its views were exceptional. The outdoor patio space was perfect for lounging and visiting. The firetable and lower patio lights were wonderful. We couldnt have asked for better accompdations.

The highlight of our trip!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Everything about this property is amazing - from the beautiful, spacious accommodations inside to the absolutely breathtaking views outside, our family enjoyed every minute! The host is great to work with as well - she made the process easy and was quick to answer any questions we had. She also provided great resources about things to do in the area, and she even had a bottle of wine waiting for us - which was above and beyond! The memories of our stay here will last a lifetime- Definitely stay here if you have the opportunity!

Fantastic all around!

Absolutely loved it and cannot recommend this property highly enough! Myself and several female family members wanted a relaxing weekend in wine country and we couldn’t have been more pleased with this stay. Sandy was an amazing host, the house was gorgeous, the thought put into all elements of guests needs and accessibility was beyond impressive. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax and enjoy everything that makes Sonoma so special. Superb!

Property is gorgeous and host paid attention to all the details. It is the perfect setting - we changed plans and spent more time there than going to the number of vineyards we were going to visit so we could stay there and watch the sunsets and see all the amazing birds that visitors the fountain. It is truly a very special place. We had 3 parts to our trip with very nice accommodations, including pebble beach and all 5 of us agreed that this gem nestled in a Pinot vineyard was the beyond comparison,

Hidden Gem

This is a wonderful property with gorgeous views and amazing sunsets. First class furnishings, bedding and linens. The home is absolutely supplied with everything you will need. The kitchen and baths also offer all the needed supplies. The outdoor patios and seating areas are top-notch. While this place can accommodate several, it also has a marvelous homey feel when hosting just three couples. Can't say enough about this propery and host...will return for sure!
