In a fishing village, our house ideally located, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (Italian shower and bath) and 2 separate toilets. A large living room (kitchen, living room, dining room) very bright thanks to large windows that overlook the garden.
Baby equipment as possible (cot, high chair, stroller ...)

The village is between Saint Valéry and Dieppe, you can enjoy the beach, a sailing school, hiking trails to contemplate the beautiful landscapes of our region.
In the village you will find all the local shops you may need.

Empfehlenswertes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit blühendem Garten am Ortsrand von Quiberville. Strand und kleiner Kaufladen nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Urlaub in der herrlichen Umgebung war sehr erholsam. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und problemlos.

Maison moderne idéalement située à 10 min à pied de la plage de Quiberville, grand confort, toute équipée et décorée avec goût. Charmant jardin avec double terrasse, nous avons passé à 2 adultes et 3 enfants un excellent séjour. Propriétaire réactif et très agréable. Je recommande sans la moindre réserve !

Super schönes Haus, auch mit Kindern perfekt

Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in Quiberville. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und an Kinderspielzeug mangelt es auch nicht. Der Garten ist sehr groß und gepflegt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren vom 24.7. bis 07.08. mit 5 Personen in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus. Alles war wie im Inserat beschrieben und in top Zustand. Alles da, was man so als Familie braucht. Einzig das Wetter hätte etwas besser sein können, aber das kann man ja nicht mitbuchen. Wenn wir wieder in die wunderschöne Normandie fahren, dann auch wieder in dieses Haus. Maison très accueillante

L’emplacement est parfait: en dix minutes avec des enfants vous êtes à la mer. La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables et bien aménagés. La région est riche : activités culturelles, sportives où repos : tout est possible!

Komfortables Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten in guter Lage zum Meer

Wir waren für zwei Wochen mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern hier. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen komfortabel und hochwertig eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Garten bietet eine schöne Möglichkeit, sich draußen aufzuhalten wenn man nicht gleich ans Meer geht, was zu Fuß weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und der Empfang vor Ort (in fließendem Deutsch) waren sehr nett und hilfreich, vielen Dank an Lise und Catherine.

Conforme à la très bonne impression de départ

Maison spacieuse, belle cuisine fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Déco intérieure sympa et équipements récents de qualité. Extérieur agréable, bien paysagé, avec 2 possibilités pour prendre ses repas (midi ou soir). Très bonne literie. Propriétaire agréable (contact par téléphone). Accès facile à la mer(6-7 min)où les pêcheurs (petit chalut) vous attendent avec leur pêche du jour. Vous y trouverez également une supérette avec dépôt de pain et une friterie . Emplacement permettant de bien rayonner. En bref.. Excellent séjour.

Fantastisch huis in een schitterende omgeving!

Een zeer prettig verblijf gehad in dit heerlijk ruime huis. Met 2 volwassenen en 2 jongvolwassenen en 2 tieners hier prima twee heerlijke weken kunnen verblijven. 3 ruime slaapkamers met 2 tweepersoons bedden, 1 eenpersoons bed en 1 kleuterbed. Los 1 persoons-matras aanwezig welke wij op de grond hebben gebruikt. Zelfs campingbed en andere baby spullen zijn aanwezig. Het huis ligt op een rustige plek, een klein wijkje met 6 vrijstaande huizen, boven aan de toegangsweg naar de boulevard. Naar het strand (kiezels) en broodjes kopen gaat via deze tamelijk drukke weg goed te voet zo'n 400 a 500 meter al moet je terug wel weer de helling op. De inrichting is schoon, netjes, compleet en je hoeft maar weinig zelf mee brengen. Ruime besloten tuin met de hele dag zon en voldoende tuinmeubilair. Veel speelmateriaal binnen en buiten voor kleinere kinderen. Parkeren van de auto kan voor de voordeur en garage. Badkamer en apart toilet zowel boven als beneden is prettig maar bij meerdere douche beurten achter elkaar moet je rekening houden met een lege boiler en dus koud water ! De communicatie met de eigenaren is zeer goed en reageren snel via mail. Al met al een goede vakantie hier gehad!

Super schönes, kinderfreundliches Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hübsch eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden. Für Kinder ist es ein Paradies, weil es dort soviel Spielzeug gibt und einen großen Garten. Das Meer ist nur den Berg hinunter.
