Wapato Point—Lake Chelan / 5 bedrooms

Master bedroom has king bed and master bath. 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and one bedroom with 2 queen beds. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Full kitchen upstairs and downstairs. 60' flatscreen Samsung TV upstairs and downstairs with Apple TV. Only 100 yards from community beach, snack bar, and boat moorage. Large lawn for kids' activities. Covered concrete patio down and large Trek deck up. Eastern exposure so house provides shade for evenings on the deck. MAJOR UPGRADE FOR 2024. All of the carpet replaced with laminate flooring (see photo of sample). Upstairs kitchen tile countertop replaced with quartz (see photo of sample) and undermount sink. Weekly only in July and August (Friday to Friday).

I live only one mile away in Manson so I'm available for quick response to any need (repairs, removing garbage, etc.).

Why they chose this property

I chose to buy and build at Wapato Point because of its access to the lake and all of its amenities. The lot was chosen for its Eastern view so the deck is shaded in the afternoons and evenings.

What makes this property unique

Vaulted ceilings give this 3400 sq. foot home a feeling that it is larger than it is.
