David and Amy were great renters. They left the home in great condition upon check-out. I would not hesitate to rent to them again.

Her message to me after check-in was: We got in fine and we appreciate you responding so fast! The place is large and fits all of us fine.👍 It is the least stocked place we have ever been in which is too bad. Not even salt and pepper here. Are there extra garbage bags? Also not sure if the cleaners did their job well here- crumbs on floors and in beds too and kids have such dirty feet from running barefoot on the floor. Anyway thought you should know this. My reply to her: There are extra garbage bags in the trash cans. When a full bag is removed, there are at least a dozen more bags at the bottom of the can. All of the sheets were washed and the beds remade. I did this myself. Although I like to recycle as much as possible, my attorney has suggested that no edible items be left as if any were tampered with and an adverse reaction occurred with a renter, a lawsuit would result. Therefore, no salt and pepper nor any other condiment. I would have appreciated a less accusatory message with more kindness. For example: 1. We can't find extra garbage can liners. Where would be find them? 2. There doesn't appear to be any spices or condiments. Is there a reason? 3. Her comment that the beds had sand on them, in politics, is known as Fake News.

BBQ worked fine for previous renter. Worked fine for me after renter checked out. Oven was clean and worked fine for previous renter. Worked fine for me after renter checked out. The washer had some small rubber pieces that came off the bath mats which were washed prior to renters' arrival.It was not "dirty." The bath mats have been replaced. In over 30 years of renting, no on has ever requested a supply of board games or a library of books, DVD's, CD's, etc. The bathroom did have a lock that simply needed an adjustment (which I would have done immediately upon being notified and has now been fixed). A hair dryer was available upon request … but one was never requested. Most renters bring their own personal items, especially with COVID. I also offered early check-in last no extra charge. I also promptly notified renter of lost and found item so arrangements could be made to have it picked up before he left town.
