Wonderful NEW 3 BR 2.5 BA Townhouse for 8 2 Miles from Las Vegas Strip

We have a NEW (finished in June 2019) townhouse with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6, 2.5 bathrooms, upstairs loft w/ day bed & TV. CLOSE to Las Vegas Strip, T-Mobile Arena, UNLV & Raiders Stadium. Master bedroom has king bed, ensuite master bath & walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. An upstairs loft has a new comfortable day bed , while a pull out bed underneath the day bed can fit one more. All beds have memory foam mattresses. Bedrooms & living room have 50" TV. Downstairs includes a modern kitchen wide open to a large living/ dining area with 9 foot ceilings, looking out to a relaxing enclosed backyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ grill. WiFi internet throughout. Washer/dryer upstairs. This is a luxury home for family who want an extended stay or business people on work trip that want to be close to all that Las Vegas has to offer.

-Hundreds of channels available through Sling, PlutoTV, LG Connect TV, Haystack, Crackle and other streaming apps for all TVs.
-Community is close to a lot of activity outside of the Strip.

The townhouse is in a neighborhood that is a 5-minute drive to Las Vegas Blvd, 7-minute drive to T-Mobile Arena, 7-minute drive to UNLV, 10-minute drive to McCarron Intl Airport, and a 15-minute walk to the new Raiders stadium. The house and new neighborhood is surrounded by other brand-new residential neighborhoods. The home and neighborhood offer relaxation after busy and fun times out and around Las Vegas.

While there are MANY great selections for dining or take out nearby, you will find the kitchen to have everything to prepare any meal at any time. Our pantry is loaded with every pan and tool you will need. The new refrigerator can fit food for up to 9 at least a week. The dining table seats 6 and the island bar seats another 3.

If the meal wants to be outside, enjoy using the new BBQ grill and 6-chair table on the enclosed patio. NOTE: Guests are responsible for changing the propane tank if empty.

Guests have access to entire house including garage and enclosed patio. We are doing everything possible to make everyone's stay pleasant and comfortable. Aside from the newly-constructed house, guests will find everything else new from the furniture, TVs, down to the forks and knives. I want you to feel like you are walking into a model home every time you walk in the front door. Please enjoy our personal touches with the décor, a mix of contemporary and classic Vegas.

The townhouse is in a new secured community. Please be respectful at all times to its residents. Please always have a gate code handy for entering the community.

Water service, coffee, tea, and condiments will always be available in the house. Guests are otherwise responsible for their own food and drink.
