Completely remodeled condo unit in beautiful Summerlin. Close to restaurants, parks, shops, golfing and walking/jogging trails. Ideally located just 15 min to all the excitement of the strip. 10 min trip to hiking in Red Rock National Conservation. Best of all worlds. The condo is a ground level unit with two queen size beds and offers, WIFI, cable with 3 big screen TV's, outdoor patio, outdoor pool/jacuzzi (please note the pool is open April 1 - November 1), assigned parking space, walk to restaurants and bars. Very clean condo featuring brand new granite counter tops, brand new cabinets, stainless appliances and washer dryer. Beautiful real wood burning fireplace for coziness. Quiet and serene location. This is a non-smoking/pet free unit. Smoking on the patio is permitted.

The condo is exactly as listed! Kim was such a gracious and attentive host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Felt much more comfortable and relaxed there rather than a hotel!! We didn’t want for anything! We have family in Vegas so we will be booking with Kim again!!

As expected everything was fist class that’s why we chose to stay there a second time super easy entry code to unit which was welcome arriving late at night after a east to west coast trip this will definitely be our first choice on our next trip to Vegas

Aside from our initial trouble getting in (which was my fault) everything was so beautiful and clean. The complex it is in is very nice too. I walked around it. I would recommend written instructional for the TVs. Between the three remotes (complicated) we were lucky to find a few programs we like. So, thank you for the great accommodations and we will refer your place to friends.

This condo in Summerlin was a great place for us to stay in. The location couldn"t have been better. The condo was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Our stay felt like we were at home. The owners were prompt and kind to answer any questions we had. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Great condo in a great location. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It had everything that we needed for a great visit. Kim did a great job communicating and was a great host. We will definitely use the condo again when we are back in town visiting our son and his family.

This was amazing. Centrally located so not a far travel for any attractions. Easy access to stores and entertainment. The pool was great on the super hot days. The condo was cozy after a day of walking and shopping the strip.
