Amazing property in Miami Beach

The service from HORA was prompt, courteous, and very polite. They accommodated our request for a pack-n-play for our baby with no issues. The hotel itself is immaculate, and the location couldn't be better. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic condo for a Miami first-timer! The view really stood out—worth every minute. The unit was spotless and cozy; the kitchen isn’t fully stocked but had all the basics for simple meals. The hosts were flexible and helpful, allowing a late checkout for a small fee. Perfect spot near Citi bike stations and the Miami Boardwalk. We’re already planning to return next Spring Break!

Easter “ get away”

The pictures are completely accurate. This is a beautiful unit with incredible views. The building is nice and well maintained. The location is a 10/10. Bottom line I’d go back and or use this host on another one of their rentals.

Excellent penthouse

The penthouse is a five star review.. Clean, excellent views, well apportioned.However, the building (Alexander hotel) is way less desirable. Not clean, crowded, sub-par fitness room, very slow elevators.

What you see is what you get

Perfect place for couples or small families. Very close to the beach and far enough all the party areas of Miami Beach. Very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. I didn’t wake up once in the middle of the night. And I usually do two or more times. I would stay here again.

Gorgeous unit with great view of (and access to) a beautiful beach

The location really can't be beat! The property is great other than needing a few extra elevators. The unit itself had such a stellar view that we could have overlooked a lot of problems, but we didn't have any problems. Everything was clean, well-appointed, spacious, comfortable, clean and modern, and relaxing. The hosts were very responsive to small questions I had during the stay, and we are thankful to have been able to vacation here. Highly recommended!

No Hot Water for Two Days

Condo was nice; views were nice, car valet was prompt. Front entrance looked like a war zone. No housekeeping available; and no hot water for the last two days. Management did nothing about it aside from offering to shower at the pool. Miserable ending to what could have been and especially for the price should have been a much better experience.
