Welcome to Family Getaway!

3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse (sleeps 10) - Perfect for families. Our townhouse is in Palm Cove, a secure gated community. Palm Cove is less than a mile from the public beach access which has free parking. The community has two pools. Quick access to all of the attractions! Shipwreck Island Waterpark & Rock'it Lanes is within walking distance. Pier Park and Miracle Strip are 4-mile trip away via Back Beach Road. Frank Brown Park is only 5 miles away. There are three golf courses within two miles.

Great property

The unit was well taken care of and provided our group a lot of space to gather together. The main living room was very large and open with adequate seating for everyone. The kitchen area was very suitable as well. The only drawbacks were the neighbors nearby. They were very friendly, but would often be standing outside of the door of their unit, which is directly beside the door for the listing property. This wasn’t an issue for 6 men, but this could make parents with small children uncomfortable. There would also be a smell of marijuana coming in from the neighboring unit that irritated the noses of some of our party. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again in the future. The unit is great, but the nearby community could be a concern for those with children.

Vacation Stay

It was a beautiful property that is accurately displayed in description and photos online. The property manager (Val) was an incredible host! Very easy to communicate with directly and thouroughly answered any questions that I had and made it easy and painless for me to book my vacation from 2900 miles away! Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this cute little town home! The owner was very helpful!

I had a party of 9 girls and we all slept comfortably! Lots of space , super clean. I would recommend this home to anyone! We love florida and will definitely be booking this home again!
