Panhandle Paradise offers an unmatched tropical yet country feel that is only 4 minutes from the beach. The backyard has 3-course mini golf, 3-course disc golf, ping pong, corn hole, shaded seating area, grill with tiki bar and a large dining table to enjoy your meals poolside, it doesn't get much better than that! Looking to just relax and soak up the sun? No problem! The heated salt water pool is a great place to float around in or lounge on the sunny deck. When the sun goes down the fun doesn't end, you can enjoy a nice soak in the 7 person hot tub or listen to the sounds of nature while sitting around the fire pit. We are located so close to the beach yet has the country feel right in the backyard. Next head inside to an unmatched game room that consists of an air hockey table, pool table, darts, TV, pub tables and an arcade machine with 20,000+ games! There's fun for everyone!

Each bedroom, the game room and the 100" TV in the living room have a Roku Smart TV. You can sign into your personal account to use streaming services or watch the local Roku channels (cable not included). All Smart TVs in the house offer some streaming without an account.

We have room for many families or friend groups to all be together. All bedrooms have luxury king size mattresses and some also have twin bunk beds as well. From the outdoor games, water activities, tiki hut, indoor game room as well as the large screen TV in the living room area, there is something for everyone to enjoy and have an amazing vacation!

Blue Dolphin Retreats wants to do everything it can to make sure your stay at Panhandle Paradise is the best it can be. At check in, we will provide you with a digital guidebook of the property as well as attractions for you to enjoy in the area, if you decide to leave the property;). We are located in very close proximity to a lot of major attractions, go-kart tracks, mini golf, disc golf, shopping, restaurants and many other activities.

Supplies:
Each bathroom will have a roll of toilet paper in it to get you started. We also supply a roll of paper towel. If more is needed during your stay you will have to run to the store.

Grill:
We do have a grill on site to use. In the event the tank wasn't completely filled up or was emptied by the previous guest, just refill the current tank or grab a new one and send us a copy of the receipt to be reimbursed for the cost. The grill can only be started with a lighter. Please bring your own.

Fire pit:
Your free to use the outdoor fire pit. We don't supply the wood or supplies for starting the fire. This can be found at local convenience stores.

Pool:
The pool can be heated. If you wish to have the heater on during your stay there is a $50 charge per day. Let us know at least 2 days before your check in if you want it heated. The electric pool heater might not be able to maintain a desired temperature if the outdoor temperature during your stay is less than 65 degrees.
The pool and hot tub are serviced Tuesday's and Friday's in the summer months and Friday only the rest of the year. Please don't be alarmed if the pool crew enters the backyard during your stay.

**House Rules**
When booking it is assumed you have read and agree to this. All adults must be at least 21 years old. **Families exempt**. In the case of families only the primary adult must be at least 21 years old. After booking, the primary guest will have 48 hours to sign a rental agreement, upload a government issued ID and put a credit card on file. If not completed within the 48 hour period, the booking will be canceled. 2 days prior to arrival, a $300 hold will be placed on the card as a security deposit. This hold will be removed after the cleaners have inspected the property. This is the same procedure that hotels operate under and is in place to help ensure the safe keeping of all the homes contents.

PET POLICY**
We are pet friendly:) We only allow dogs. No breed/size restrictions.There will be a $100 pet fee when bringing your dog. Maximum dogs allowed are 2

**Pool**
Guests may not at anytime touch or tamper with the pool equipment. Tampering or touching pool equipment is considered breaking house rules. This will result in termination of the stay with no refund.

**Game Room**
Do not attempt to open the garage door. This will cause damage to items located in the game room.

**Indoor fire place**
No fires allowed indoors. The fire place doors have been locked to prevent this.

**Backyard**
Panhandle Paradise brings together an amazing experience for friends and family. The nature and trees in the area are beautiful. From time to time mother nature moves those trees around and as a result leaves and pine needles tend to fall on the turf in the backyard. Our lawn maintenance crew will blow them off a few times a month, however they might not show during your stay. We have provided a leaf blower, located in the laundry room that you are free to use to clear off the backyard and mini golf turf.

**Quiet hours**
This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down between 10pm-7am. Any complaints from the neighbors for loud noise levels after 10pm will result in forfeiting your security deposit. The second complaint for violating quiet hours will terminate your stay immediately with no refunds.

We don't allow outside guests on the property at anytime. Parties or events are not allowed.
No smoking or vaping allowed inside the house, garage, or near artificial turf. Smoking of any kind inside the house or garage will result in a min $300 fee to cover a deep cleaning and odor removal.
