We recently moved to Westminster, CO after 20 years in AZ. We are excited to be closer to our home in Steamboat as we can find more time to visit and enjoy the town and surrounding area. We are originally from Virginia and both graduated from James Madison University.

We are owners and managers and take great care in ensuring an enjoyable stay as we really enjoy getting to know our repeat guests over the years. Our local manager John is close and really makes sure your stay is great. He is a major reason we have almost all 5 star reviews after 15 years.

What makes this property unique

No where else can you play ping pong, pool, shuffle board, golden tee, PS4, massage and table top arcade in one home in all of Steamboat. This allows for lots of fun when resting up from your daily outdoor adventures. In addition we recently invested in a high end massage chair that is amazing to say the least.
