Experience unobstructed lake and mountain views from all three levels of this stunning Grand Lake retreat—just a short walk to downtown, yet surrounded by nature. Spend your days soaking in the large 8-person hot tub with lake views, gathering around the fire table on the deck, and spotting local wildlife like moose, foxes, and bears as they wander through the area.

Perfectly located, the home is 30 seconds from snowmobile trails, 3 minutes to Grand & Shadow Mountain Lakes, 3 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park and just 40 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort. It’s hard to imagine a better mountain getaway.

Sleeping & Living Spaces:

The primary suite on the second floor is a true retreat, featuring spectacular lake views, a cozy fireplace, sitting area, and a dedicated workspace with desk and extra monitor—ideal for remote work. The ensuite bathroom includes a jetted soaking tub and separate shower.

Two additional upstairs bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen bed—share a full bathroom.

The main level offers a spacious, well-appointed kitchen with bar seating, a dining area for gathering, and a comfortable living room with a smart TV. Step outside to the expansive deck overlooking Grand and Shadow Mountain Lakes, complete with a propane fire table, ample seating, and a BBQ grill—perfect for sunsets and evenings outdoors.

Lower Level Fun & Relaxation:

The lower level features a second family/game room with a smart TV and a convertible air hockey / pool table for added fun. Kids will love the cozy under-the-stairs reading nook, stocked with lots of books—the perfect spot to quietly curl up for some downtime!

A large bunk room includes two queen-over-queen bunk beds (four queen beds total) and is paired with another full bathroom—ideal for groups and families.

Step out onto the lower deck to enjoy even more seating, breathtaking views, and the 8-person hot tub—the ultimate place to relax.

Important Notes:

Winter Access: AWD/4WD or FWD with chains is strongly recommended during winter months due to a steep driveway that may become icy.

Parking: Space for up to 3 vehicles at the home. Additional public parking is available in town.

We had such a wonderful stay at this Grand Lake cabin. The view alone made the trip worth it — waking up to the lake right outside the windows felt peaceful and almost unreal. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. You can tell the owners take great care of the place.The layout worked perfectly for relaxing after a day of exploring. We loved sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. The hot tub was a huge bonus — nothing beats soaking with that lake view. Inside, the game room kept everyone entertained; the pool table and air hockey were especially fun and made our evenings memorable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were genuinely comfortable.The location was ideal: close to town for restaurants and groceries while still feeling quiet and relaxing. We also appreciated how responsive and friendly Tami, our host, was throughout our stay.Overall, this cabin made our Grand Lake trip unforgettable. Check in was easy as we used the code to enter the property. The home has an excellent view of both Grand and Shadow Mountain Lakes. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. The lower floor has a game room with pool table/air hockey combo plus a deck with a hot tub. Walking to town was relatively easy if in reasonable health. Overall a fantastic property.
