Typical fisherman's house "Penty breton" on the Gulf of Morbihan nestled in lush greenery. Ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac and on the coastal paths, it offers a remarkable, peaceful setting with an enclosed garden between forest and sea. The house (90 m2) was refurbished in 2018 and has all the comforts to guarantee you a very pleasant holiday, and recharge your batteries.

Large living room of 55 m2 with fully equipped and new kitchen opening onto the living room and the dining room. WIFI and TV access. Laundry room and WC in the DRC. Two upstairs bedrooms - one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. An open mezzanine with the possibility of sleeping in a double bed, and a bathroom with bathtub.

The landscaped garden of 3500 m2 has the equipment for outdoor dining, deckchairs, a barbecue and private parking spaces.

Notes: Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed in the house.

Relaxing in excellent environment

This holiday home is a jewel with an excellent architecture from a successful and high-quality arrangement of an old renovated Breton house with the best comfort to feel good in a large property with beautiful trees. We are already looking forward to our next holiday.

Beautiful house in an amazing landscape

Our stay in the holiday house was great and very relaxing. The house is located directly at the bay (Golf of Morbihan) and has a large plot. It is a quiet location and the famous hiking trail (which follows the coast line of Bretagne) is accessible directly from the house.The reception by the mother of the owner was very warm and friendly. She prepared small gifts (cookies, Cidre, etc.) and showed us everything in the house. Moreover she gave us useful hints for excursions in the region.The house was clean and everything necessary was available. Really recommendable.

Lieu exceptionnel et bien mieux que sur le photos ! Un écrin de verdure et arboré à deux pas des plages. La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée avec des appareils modernes et quant à la literie, rien à dire ! Marie est très agréable et arrangeante. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Wir haben die fantastische Lage, die traumhafte Natur, die Ruhe und den Komfort des Hauses in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables à Arradon dans cette magnifique propriété. Vue splendide sur le golfe du Morbihan de la terrasse où nous prenions nos repas, très grand terrain. Le descriptif et les photos correspondent tout à fait à ce que nous avons pu découvrir sur place. Maison très fonctionnelle où rien ne manque. Hôtes très charmants. Nous reviendrons !

Geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattetes, charmantes kleines Haus in schöner Lage. Der Küstenwanderweg führt viele Jogger und Spaziergänger direkt an der Terrasse vorbei, das muss man aushalten. Großes, sonniges Grundstück. Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre, angenehme Gastgeber.

Belle maison. Beau terrain autour. Au pied de ma mer. Dans une zone boisée et calme. Les lapins viennent le soir si le calme règne. Ile aux moines, Carnac, Vannes, Quiberon: accès facile. Bref, une belle semaine.

Très belle rénovation d'un penty plein de charme et un confort parfait d'aujourd'hui. Une superbe literie et une cuisine où rien ne manque, d'une propreté absolue. Tout y fonctionne à merveille. Le lieu est fantastique, le jardin doit être un enchantement au printemps, et les amis rouge -gorges s'invitent à la maison pour réclamer leur dû.

Séjour reposant dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans ce magnifique penty, l'endroit est calme et reposant. L’emplacement est idéal découvrir le Golf du Morbihan et profiter de belles balades à pieds ou à velo. La maison, d'une grande propreté, ne manque absolument de rien, l’équipement est impeccable et de qualité, l’accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux. Nous avons quitté à regrets ce petit aperçu du Paradis.

Quel bel endroit

Notre séjour d’une semaine (bien trop court...) dans cette très jolie rénovation s’est superbement bien passé. Calme et nature sont au rendez-vous avec une vue superbe sur le Golfe. Malgré tout rien n’est loin sans avoir aucune nuisance sonore: les commerces (de qualité) et Vannes ne sont qu’à quelques minutes de voiture. La maison est très bien équipée, très propre, rien ne manque, notamment dans la cuisine où nous avons trouvé tous les ustensiles possibles. Quel bonheur de prendre les repas à l’extérieur dans ce superbe environnement, face au Golfe dans un très chouette jardin. L’accueil par Catherine se fait dans la bonne humeur, de plus elle est toujours disponible si vous avez besoin de renseignements ou d’autres choses à savoir sur les environs. Une belle adresse sur Arradon.

Une belle découverte

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 4 dans ce charmant penty avec vue sur le golfe. La maison a bénéficié d’une rénovation de goût et dispose de matériaux et équipements de qualité ( y compris literie qui est excellente ). Nous avons pleinement profité du jardin et de la proximité immédiate du gr. La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir le golfe du Morbihan. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, encore merci à Catherine et sa fille pour leur accueil chaleureux .

Une maison qu’on aimerait garder secrète!

Très belle maison dans un cadre exceptionnel avec vue sur la mer dans laquelle on se sent coupé du monde (calme et isolé). Le genre de trouvaille qu’on aimerait garder secret tellement nous l’avons trouvé parfaite! L’intérieur est moderne, accueillant et lumineux et donne à la fois sur un grand jardin et sur la mer. Nous avons également apprécié l’accueil d’un membre de la famille qui prend grand soin de cette maison.

Ein wunderschönes Haus,der Garten ein Traum von Ruhe

Wir haben uns bewußt und für ein Haus entschieden (bisher nur Hotelurlaub),da wir die Köstlichkeiten der Region selbst zubereiten wollten. Es fehlte absolut nichts in der Küche,wunderbarer Urlaub.
