A stunning location in the middle of a natural setting on the banks of the Gulf

The house was renovated in 2013 and the kitchen was newly fitted in 2014. You can boast of all the comforts of a modern, well-equipped house (CMV, heated towel rack, Wi-Fi, amongst others) and the warm and friendly atmosphere in this family home.
For your return for the beach and nautical activities, the house provides a changing room and a bathroom in an annexe building.
Aside from the various rooms in the house, we are 20 metres away from the sea. You can enjoy an unobstructed view throughout the day of the garden and the gulf.

Fabulous location with idyllic setting

Fabulous location! We chose this property because it provided the ideal location for access to the water for family SUP & canoeing fun! We brought with us paddle boards, a canoe & a kayak. So we got out on the water to explore the bay many times, which was fun! The grounds surrounding the house are amazing, creating a tranquil & relaxing environment. We also loved the many coastal paths, going out for walks straight from the house, to explore the local area. Ile-aux-Moine provided a lovely day out, with a 5 mins ferry trip as foot passengers. A picturesque & vibrant place to visit. Vannes & Arradan were also great places to explore with good restaurants & bars for evenings out. Le Bono is worth a visit, especially the Creperie at lunchtime! We highly recommend this property, especially for families & large groups.

Just A Magical Property

What an amazing property. This is a real family home set in the most wonderful secluded garden with access to the sea (where you can enjoy a swim when the tide was in). In the evening you can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the garden while having dinner. During the day, you can play games on the lawn or sit under the trees and enjoy the shade and the sound of the birds and watch the tide coming and going. The house is well equipped and the owners clearly love to cook as you will want for nothing - the kitchen is compact, but is very functional. There is a large dining/living area and an additional 'small sitting room' separated by sliding glass doors. There is a bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor and 4 further double bedrooms on the first floor which share a bathroom. The weather was over 30c when we were there, the only negative was not being able to fully open the upstairs bedroom windows and rooms hit 29c - with no fans it was uncomfortable. The garden was amazing, with outside table and chairs for al fresco dining and also comfortable garden furniture. There was a BBQ available, plenty of parking and excellent WiFi. The property location is good as a base for doing trips out to explore the area, do boat trips and visit local restaurants. We all very much enjoyed our stay, it reminded us of our mother's home and had a very magical atmostphere. Communication with the owners was very good and responses were always quick. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay in Baden. This home is truly something special! The house was perfectly appointed and outfitted in every way; we truly wanted for nothing. The view of the Gulf of Morbihan was spectacular and the outdoor living space was wonderful. We were able to enjoy the view of the water while having dinner - absolutely perfect! The area was the perfect base for area hiking - we greatly enjoyed the coastal hikes as well as others in the area. Communication with the owners was the best that I have experienced and the check-in process was super easy. Everyone made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. We hope to return one day soon.

Un week-end sur le golfe du Morbihan

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet endroit paradisiaque avec une vue magnifique sur l’eau . La maison est agréable et Diane répond avec un accueil très facile et chaleureux. On reviendra c’est certain !

Merveilleuse semaine

La maison est chaleureuse et la vue sur le golfe est un enchantement à toute heure de la journée. Le grand jardin est la vue qu'il offre sont exceptionnels! Nous avons eu tous les temps durant cette semaine, les balades autour de la maison, directement à pied ou un peu plus loin en prenant la voiture sont magnifiques et quand il pleuvait, rester au chaud, au calme, avec un petit feu dans le poêle était délicieux aussi. Nous espérons revenir!

Séjour dans un cadre de nature magnifique

Nous avons eu beaucoup de pluie,malheureusement,mais de belles balades sont néanmoins possibles autour de la maison et de son magnifique jardin. Par contre un peu déçus par le fait que la baignade n’est pas engageante dans cette zone, du fait des algues. Producteur d’huîtres à quelques pas.

Why they chose this property

The small Mesquer-Quimiac resort is located close to the sea, in a wild and unspoilt setting in a wooded area (less than 500 m from the dolmens) with direct access to the waves, for swimming and trips in small boats and dinghies. You can enjoy the ample lawn, seaside terraces, gardens, and a small wood. The park is enclosed.
The house reflects the memories of two generations that lived here in this family home. The comfortable living room boasts leather armchairs and a wood-burning chimney. You can start hikes from your doorstep along the coast and see beaches and islands (at low tide).
The lights, blues and colours of the sea constantly dance and shift with the tide.
