About this property

A stunning location in the middle of a natural setting on the banks of the Gulf

The house was renovated in 2013 and the kitchen was newly fitted in 2014. You can boast of all the comforts of a modern, well-equipped house (CMV, heated towel rack, Wi-Fi, amongst others) and the warm and friendly atmosphere in this family home.
For your return for the beach and nautical activities, the house provides a changing room and a bathroom in an annexe building.
Aside from the various rooms in the house, we are 20 metres away from the sea. You can enjoy an unobstructed view throughout the day of the garden and the gulf.

Why they chose this property

The small Mesquer-Quimiac resort is located close to the sea, in a wild and unspoilt setting in a wooded area (less than 500 m from the dolmens) with direct access to the waves, for swimming and trips in small boats and dinghies. You can enjoy the ample lawn, seaside terraces, gardens, and a small wood. The park is enclosed.
The house reflects the memories of two generations that lived here in this family home. The comfortable living room boasts leather armchairs and a wood-burning chimney. You can start hikes from your doorstep along the coast and see beaches and islands (at low tide).
The lights, blues and colours of the sea constantly dance and shift with the tide.
