Our stay was fantastic! The location truly can’t be beat, walkable to all of the main sights. Joint washer/dryer was a nice perk! Loved the historic feel of the building!

Very nice stay. Nighttime noise is expected in the center of any city, the trade off is an amazing historic property in a location so amazing

The property is amazing. It was like living back in time. The giant front door inside the historic building looks out onto Vecchio palazza onto the the replica of the "David" sculpture. Location is amazing! A few minutes walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizzi Gallery. Loved the stay!

We literally opened our door onto Plaza Della Signoria. 30 seconds to the Uffizi entrance and so many historical buildings and statues. The apartment was so delightful and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The apartment is beautiful, air conditioning was great but above all the location is as good as it gets! I was traveling with 2 women over 60 and they constantly commented on how close to everything we were. The Uffitzi and the Arno are right around the corner. In fact, it is so central you can walk to almost anything in Florence including the train station. We were very lucky that on our first night an opera was being performed in the Piazza. It was amazing! I highly recommend staying here !!

The property was nice - excellent location. Shower in bathroom off the dining room was very hard to operate, could not find the iron. There was a problem with the lock- Gaia responded by getting a locksmith to fix it but we pretty much lost our chance to go out our first night waiting for him to arrive because it was a Saturday night. The leather chair in the living room was falling apart.

Outstanding property and location.super cool to stay in a 500 year old place that had all the modern convenience needed. Took a little figuring to make everything work since it was in Italian but that is part of the adventure! Incredible density of shopping and restaurants with the very best we found only 2 blocks away. Would stay again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location was incredible. We loved staying right on the plaza. We were worried about noise but we barely heard a thing. We went to bed one night at 8:45 (after flying a red eye and staying up all day) and the windows completely blacked out and we couldn’t hear any street noise. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was perfect. The location was extremely central so we could easily come back during the hottest part of the day. The freezer had ice cube trays!! We rarely stay somewhere twice but we can’t wait to stay here when we come back for even more time in Florence and will recommend it to everyone.
