The apartment is very well located central to all things in Florence. The host was very responsive to any question we had and was very helpful in other ways (arranging a taxi). They also made our check in very smooth. The amenities of the apartment are as described. We found the washrooms to be quite small and the beds to be just ok. The stairs were not as bad as we thought based on the description. I would recommend to others.

Loved this stay! It was clean, the owners were beyond organized and walked us through the apartment when we got there. The location is perfect. My favorite area of the city to stay. Looking forward to returning soon!

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Terrace is beautiful, the bedrooms are spacious & the apartment is beautifully renovated. Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. It is close to several tourist sites and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We really loved this property and our stay in Florence! And for any cat lovers, this property is right a few doors down from the Cat Cafe. Our teens loved the location and the outdoor patio.

Wonderful stay

Everything was great in the apartment, very clean and spacious. Stairs were manageable for us but it was tough at arrival with 4 medium (30-40 pounds) suitcases and after a day of walking a lot.

Fantastic location!

Very clean, comfortable stay in a lovely area of Florence. Very walkable. Accommodations have been made around the apartment to reduce street noise but it's in the heart of the city, so expect some noise. Everything was lovely!

Great stay at this property. Host met us at the property and walked us through everything we needed to know. In addition to the manual, we were provided a list of the "best of" for food, drinks, spas, shopping. Perfect location, nice terrace to enjoy at the end of the day. Note: there is no elevator. For us, this was only difficult when we lugged our luggage up. Other than that not a big deal; think of it as a way to work off that gelato. Shout out to our host for helping me get a cab when my eSIM card wasn't cooperating. Took that bit of stress away by jumping in and assisting.

Our family of four (two adults and two teens) had a wonderful three day stay. The location is fantastic, central and convenient to everything. The home itself is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Alessandro was a wonderful host and provided a great list of personal recommendations - everything from dining to laundry to shopping.There are a lot of stairs up to the flat, as we expected, but we didn't mind. It was the perfect way to work off all of the delicious meals we ate while in Florence!There was a bit of street noise at night in the master bedroom, which is located in the front of the flat. It's a minor downside to being in such a fun and bustling neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous apartment. The owners take great care and pride in it which shows in the high end finish and furnishings. It was spotlessly clean. Very well placed to walk to all attractions and with the wonderful Santa Croce church in view from the wonderful terrace. Nermin was very responsive to any questions and gave us some great recommendations for food.

Perfect in every way

We truly loved staying at Santa Croce Terrace. Our hosts were very welcoming and were very good communicators. The flat was clean and very much as advertised. We loved relaxing on the terrace. The location was very convenient with two wine windows nearby as well as the Basilica di Croce Santa, Pino’s sandwiches, and Vivoli right outside the door. We highly recommend booking this amazing flat.

Beautiful Apartment

We had an amazing experience in Florence! This apartment is gorgeous! The owners do such a great job going over details. It is close to so many landmarks- perfect for first timers who want to see it all! The street noise was minimal with the sound proof windows - we were so comfortable. Our stay was perfect! We will be back!
