Our annual get away

We look forward to our annual, mid winter get away; Tim and Michelle make the process effortless. The condo is lovely and as described. We love our morning coffee on the balcony, the easy walk to the ocean front and friendliness staff and other vacationers! We’ll be back!

Amazing Vacation

Great views both of the City and the Gulf. Owner had great communication. We enjoyed daily swims in the refreshing pool, played pickleball with friendly competition and found numerous players to challenge in bocce ball. We would definitely stay here again.

Seaview Court

The property was described accurately and it was clean upon our arrival. The view was spectacular from the lanai. We weren't able to connect to WiFi despite all of our attempts and cable TV was not accessible, but we weren't there to watch TV anyway! One elevator was out for a few days so we had long waits, often. Overall, this is a nice property with a gorgeous view of the gulf and beach.

A perfect stay

Thank you for sharing your home! The beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever stayed in besides our own. The provided beach must haves made our trips walking down to the beach much easier. The views from the balcony were lovely. We loved being close to many restaurants. Our favorites are The Deep Lagoon, Doreen’s, and we always have to make a short drive to Naples to eat at Tommy Bahamas. Oh! Sweet Annie’s Ice Cream Parlor was amazing. The living room was super comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all needs. We also appreciated the ice maker being turned on! It’s the little details! Such a wonderful place to stay!

Great location!

My family of five, including kids ranging in age from 5-11, stayed here over spring break. The condo is exactly as advertised. Stocked with everything you could need, and the view was wonderful. Exactly what we were looking and hoping for. The umbrellas, beach chairs and lots of extra towels came in handy for the amount of swimming that occurred, both in the ocean and the pool. The walk to the ocean can be long but that large beach is part of the beauty of Marco Island. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was the first time on the Tiger Tail beach location, walk to the beach is about 10 minutes, so does requires some planning. Condo had all the supplies and amenities we needed, including all the beach toys. Property manager was very responsive too! We highly recommend.

Marco Island was great

The unit and property were great. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. Shelling at Tigertail beach was great. We took trips to the Everglades, dinner cruise, catamaran sunset cruise, etc. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful view from the condo!

The view was beautiful from the condo with the HUGE white sand beach and water to mesmerize you. Condo was clean and had everything we needed and TONS of beach toys with a wagon to get it down to the beach. There are 3 reasons I wouldn’t give it a 5 across the board are 1) there is no place to eat down by the pool or outside on the grounds. So when we wanted a snack we had to go back up to our room. 2 ) the walk down to the water was about 10 min . We had my 90 year old mom with us and it was a bit much for her. She only got down there once. 3) It would be ideal if check in and check out were on the property . Normally this would not be a big deal , but at 5 am we would have preferred not to add that extra 10 min . The owner was easily contacted and quick to respond to questions we had.

Two weeks in paradise!!

The condo was immaculate and contact with the owner was excellent!!! The beach cart supplied with coolers, umbrellas and toys made it to the beach everyday!!! It was perfect. So peaceful and close to all restaurant, grocery and pharmacy needs. The building and surrounding areas were kept neat and signage posting needed info was always visible. Awesome stay!!! My wife Debbie and I were married in 1980 and enjoy our 3 adult children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren. The South Seas location is a perfect fit for as as we love high quality beaches, fishing, bird watching, biking, swimming, and the casual lifestyle that Marco offers. The safe and secure setting is perfect when entertaining our grandchildren. I am a jogger-and the level beach is really a plus, and I love to fish from the piers and beach as well. Debbie likes shelling on the beach, watching the spectacular sunsets and going with me to the great local restaurants. Why they chose this property

Marco is a resort town with a small town vibe. This location is foremost. The gated community offers security and peace of mind, and Marco is one of the safest destinations in Florida as it is. I find it hard to put to words the natural beauty (Tigertail Beach/Nature Preserve is a top birding destination in SW Florida) and shelling too! You will discover exceptional sand-dollar finds on the famous white sand here on what is known as Sand Dollar Island.The cafe there has surprisingly good food and a kids playground too. We looked at many condos before finding our 16th floor tropical home on South Seas Tower 3 which offers sweeping southerly beach views all the way to Cape Marco. Our South Florida home has been completely renovated with an all new kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter-tops,ceramic tile thru-out,new baths, king size bed and private bath in the MBR suite and a split bedroom design for privacy from the 2nd bedroom/full bath.We love walking north from our location to secluded Sand Dollar Spit to discover the many beautiful sand dollars and shells. Walk to 10 restaurants from our condo including the famous JW Marriott which offers something for everyone! No matter your interests- from relaxing to recreation-it is here for us to share with you.
