To spare wear & tear on condo, we have a STRICT 4 ADULT MAXIMUM CAPACITY. With our on-site property manager, we will guarantee the capacity, so the condo stays in beautiful shape for the next renters.

Both bedrooms have custom closet organizers and plenty of space so you can completely unpack, organize, and relax...and even get those pesky suitcases put away and out of your mind.

New ceiling fans with light kits can be found in both bedrooms.

The beautiful bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling tiled showers, updated cabinetry, and granite vanity tops. Both are outfitted with blow dryers and plenty of soft towels. One of the bathrooms even has a hair straightener. Off the master bath you will find a digital scale for those who want to make sure they aren't taking too much of Marco home with them....or it's great to weigh those suitcases before heading to the airport!

The full-size kitchen has updated cabinetry with an abundance of storage space and granite counter tops. After years of renting condos all over Florida which seemed to be lacking in the kitchen department, we have outfitted your kitchen with everything you need to be a microwave magician or a culinary extraordinaire. Kitchen Aid appliances (including filtered water dispensed from right inside the refrigerator door), full-size Calphalon pans, and stylish serving bowls will have you feeling pampered even while staying in for the evening.

Other kitchen amenities: stand mixer to help in meal prep & baking; electric juicer & a wave action blender with pour spout to make your beverages vacation-approved from fresh Florida juice in the morning to afternoon smoothies to frozen margaritas at sunset; 6 quart crock pot lets you spend the day in the sun and return to dinner ready; electric kettle; toaster oven; stoneware; glassware; leftover containers; plus stock up the built-in wine rack with your favorite bottles. There is a Kuerig Coffee Maker...still have the old school coffee maker, but we wanted to offer what a lot of people have at home too. You may also enjoy our pizza pizzazz which is great for cooking pizzas but also amazing for warming up all leftovers!

Before you head down to the heated pool or white sand beach, pack the huge Thirty-one tote you will find in the linen closet with the available beach towels and your sunscreen. Load the tote onto the beach cart that is available to help you transport everything you need for your day. Also in the storage unit you will find a huge beach umbrella complete with metal anchor, beach chairs, and beach toys. And since there's so much shelling to do...we've added 2 more bigger beach buckets! There is even a cooler to keep your refreshments cool in the warm Florida sun. Best part...everything loads into our new beach wagon! And no trip to the pool would be complete without 4 nice thick pool noodles to float in comfort!

Everyone enjoys the large, heated pool and beautiful beach, but for your time indoors your condo has 3 large wall-mounted SMART tvs, cable, wifi in-unit, games, and cards. There is also a DVD player that can be easily moved to the bedroom tv.

This gated building with 24-hour guard has walk-out beach access, workout facility, ample covered parking, and laundry facilities on each floor. You will also find boat docks for rent, lighted hard tru (clay) tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts, bocce, and a putting green. All just out back of the condo!

The South Seas Towers are located on the northern end of the beautiful white sand crescent beach. Being located at the famous Tigertail beach, you have direct access to one of Florida's most popular beaches. Sunning, swimming, shelling, bird watching...whatever your heart desires. And...less than 15-minute walk from pool area to Sand Dollar Island...really a sand bar loaded with sand dollars which are so easy to find at low tide!

Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance too!

Upon registration at South Seas Tower 3, a $100 Registration payment is due which also entitles you to on-site covered parking for your entire stay.
