Located on the promenade of Campofelice Di Roccella ( location 10 km from Cefalù) Costa Mediterranea Holiday Home is the ideal place to spend a holiday in freedom and relax.

Costa Mediterranea is our proposal for an alternative and certainly cheaper holiday with the convenience of staying in a cozy villa, the possibility to reach the beach without using the car, as positioned at 50 meters from the sea.

Costa Mediterranea is a spacious, comfortable and independent villa: the villa has a living area of 150m² and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
The villa internally offers a comfortable kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary accessories, well-lit dining area, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and 3 large bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI Internet, washing machine, fan and TV .

The outdoor area of the villa has a veranda usable as a dining area, a large garden and a barbecue area. In the garden there are also a shower, toilet, sink and footwasher useful for long afternoons to sunbathe or back from the sea. Private parking for cars and motorbikes is free

The train station of Campofelice is just 300 meters' walk from the villa. Several bars and restaurants can be found within 400 meters on the promenade. The nearest supermarket is 600 meters from the villa.

Great location

5 minute walk to the train. Great location to see Cefalu (10 minutes by train) to the east and Palermo(45 minutes to the west). 3 minute walk to the beach. The grocery store is a 5 minute walk from the train station. The bungalow unit is part of a multiunit complex. I'd stay here again.

Tolle Villa 50m vom Strand entfernt

Meine Frau und ich waren mit unseren beiden Hunden (Labrador und Golden Retriever) für 2 Wochen in dieser schönen Villa. Trotz Verspätung der Fähre hat Daniele, unser Gastgeber, uns um 21:00 Uhr persönlich erwartet und uns alles im Haus gezeigt und erklärt. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Er hat uns auch noch super Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man so braucht. Das zwei der drei Schlafzimmer im Keller sind, finde ich, vor allem im Sommer sinnvoll, da es nicht zu warm wird. Vor den Kellerfenstern sind auch Moskitonetze. Der Außenbereich ist einfach toll. Man findet zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne und auch Schatten. Es gibt im Außenbereich eine zweite Toilette und eine Außendusche. Grillmöglichkeit ist auch vorhanden. Die Liegen und Liegestühle waren neuwertig. Es war auch ein Wasseranschluss mit Gartenschlauch da, praktisch bei 2 Hunden. Das Meer ist tatsächlich nur 50m entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung sind verschiedene Strandbars uns Restaurants, welche aber in der Nebensaison nicht alle geöffnet hatten. Supermärkte sind zwei größere (Conad und Eurospin) mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Cefalu' ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub und alles genau wie beschrieben. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Nähe zum Meer ist klasse. Ferienhaus wie beschrieben, die Umgebung ist im Sommer eher belebt. Unser Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und für Rat und Tat jederzeit erreichbar gewesen.

Etwas knapp ausgestattet.

Alles in allem gut. Etwas irritierend war, dass in der Küche die 'Grundausstattung' komplett fehlte: So gab es z.B. kein Spülmittel, kein Schwammtuch, kein Salz & Pfeffer. Alles musste gekauft werden. Auch bei den Küchenutensilien gab es z.B. keine Käsereibe, keinen Schneebesen und kein scharfes Messer. Handtücher und Bettzeug mussten separat bezahlt werden, weil diese wohl im Preis nicht inbegriffen waren. Strandtücher gab es überhaupt keine. Aus der Anzeige war nicht erkennbar, dass die Schlafzimmer im Keller sind. Das war allerdings insofern tatsächlich vorteilhaft, weil es dort auch ohne Klimaanlage nachts kühl blieb und die Fensterluken waren auch gut mit Insektengitter abgedeckt, sodass man von Mücken verschont blieb.
