Cosy & spacious countryside Villa with Private Pool, Garden, near the Sea

Villa La Calzata is a finely renewed house located on the countryside, just next to the the seaside, in Campofelice and at only 10 minutes drive from Cefalù. The villa is bright and surrounded by a large garden (with grass) and lemon, olive and orange trees. A swimming pool is also available to refresh your days! The house is furnished with original sicilian touch and also decorated with some sicilain ceramics, all these will offer a charming and cosy holiday home.

The house offers all comforts such as air conditioning in the matrimonial bedroom upstairs, one matrimonial bedroom (ground floor), a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room (sofa bed with 2 places) and a bathroom. There is also a Free Wi-Fi access.
If you decide to come in winter there is a stove in the main room to warm up the house.
A large garden will allow you to relax outside and benefit from the perfume of nature; you will surely fall in love with the surrounding lanscape!

Villa La Calzata offers all the comforts for a nice and relaxing holiday for couples or families. It is far enough from the summer crowd but still close enough to enjoy the beach and the sea (less than 5 minutes drive). The closest town is Campofelice, all the amenities such as supermarkets, town center, bakery, bars, ice cream shops are within 5 minutes by car.

The villa is ideal for couples or also families (6 people in total). The owner is very kind and will make you feel at home!
It is also possible to organize customised excursions.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa in Campofelice, ideally located for exploring Cefalù and the surrounding area. Travelling as a family with our two children, we really enjoyed having both the sea nearby and the swimming pool at the villa — the perfect combination for a relaxing holiday.The house was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable throughout our stay. There was no TV, but we actually found that to be a real plus! It gave us the opportunity to disconnect, spend more time together and enjoy reading.The location made it easy to discover this beautiful part of Sicily while still having a peaceful place to come back to and relax by the pool.A special thank you to our host, Rosario, for his availability and responsiveness throughout our stay. We truly appreciated it.We would happily recommend this villa to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay near Cefalù!
