Beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath pool home located in Shamrock Shores. HEATED POOL( A MUST FOR WINTER USE IN FL.). WI FI, Wide screen TV with satellite service. This home features large lanai/pool area, and updated appliances. Each bedroom has access to their own bathroom and access to the pool area. Master bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead to the pool. Very private and quiet. Internet, wifi and big screen TV with cable in living room and master bedroom. 8-12 minutes from Englewood beach, stump pass beach and Boca beach Close to famous Boca Grande and Ratondo golf courses and fine dining.

Nice Place, not all things perfect!

A few things were not as expected! Dishwasher unable to use needs replacing, Rugs in bedrooms quite stained! The couch quite uncomfortable! However, the pool was just wonderful! Pool maintenance once a week which is perfect!

We enjoyed our stay

The home was clean but the yard could use some TLC. The pool was heated and we certainly enjoyed it. The kitchen could use some extra plates and cups. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Would definitely stay here again! Very clean. Nice pool and lanai area. Everything our family needed. Good central location for fun, family activities. We would absolutely recommend this house to others.

Very Comfortable and enjoyable

This was our first stay at a rental property. The owner was took care of everything before we got there. The pool was very nice and clean. We had an issue with the water temperature toward the end of our stay, but Daniel was able to help us and within a few hours the temperature was back to 86 degrees (hint: watch the water level and keep it well above the bottom of the skimmers — it is natural in hot weather for water to evaporate). We had a great time. The washer/dryer is very nice. The showers are very good and the water is as warm as you need it within a few moments. The neighborhood is quiet. We are very likely to return in future years.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. This was our first experience w/ a VRBO type stay. It was very easy and owner responsive to our needs and inquiries. The house was very comfortable and clean, located in a quiet private neighborhood and an easy drive to several beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

A very enjoyable stay

Perfect for a small group looking to stay in a tropical like setting in a great, quiet neighborhood. Beaches were not too far away. Nice restaurants with good food. Very attentive homeowner that can answer any questions you may have. We were comfortable in this very laid back rental.

The house was great. Great location, near the beach, golf courses, restaurant and retail stores. Everything was there that was needed. The appliances were new and easy to use. Direct TV supplied all the TV stations anyone would need. AC and heated pool were delightful. A perfect house for two couples in a great location.
