Conveniently located to local schools, stores, wonderful sandy beaches, and everything else that this area has to offer. Easy access to I-75 and beyond via the Winchester corridor. Bring your family now and find out what's it like to be a Floridian. Fully furnished home with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with heated pool, lanai where you can take a rest after a long day. The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and main living areas give the feeling of interior space - yet privacy if you need it. Close to Englewood Beach, Manasota Beach, Pass Blind Beach, restaurants, golfing, stores & hospitals. Great neighborhood, clean and fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation and for the beach. Everything 5-7 miles within reach: -beaches and shops.Restaurants, Publix grocery stores and alcohol stores Pet Supermarket TJ Maxx/Homegoods and etc. Several golf courses and amazing beaches: Boca Grande (the most beautiful sunsets) & Englewood, Venice, and Manasota Beaches (a good place to find shark teeth). Siesta Key is about 30 miles away. You will need a vehicle to go shopping which is only a few minutes away. There is a taxi service available in the area. We made a quick trip and stayed in this home for 4 days. Home is very nice, clean, spacious. Location was great...away from the noise in a quiet neighborhood, with short driving distance to everything you need. Would stay there again.

Get away near family

Property was mostly clean and ready to go. All the amenities necessary. Was nice to have heated pool. This was nearby some family members so very convenient. Beds were very uncomfortable but still slept!

Quick Family Vacay

We decided to take a quick trip to SW Florida before school started, I traveled with my youngest two children. We love Manasota Key Beaches and this house was in a great area for us to gain easy access to the beach. It is a quick drive to and from the beach, Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants. The house is very clean and has a lot of extras for the beach and family fun. The pool area is amazing and we enjoyed a lot of downtime swimming and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this house if you are in the area.

Englewood home

We were so very pleased with the property. It was so nice and very clean. It is a little farther from the beach than we normally stay but the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I really loved that. My only issue was the ice maker was not working so we had to buy ice a few times to keep up with the demand of four people. Overall I would definitely stay at this property again.

The home is as described. The owner was up front before booking about the new construction of the pool. That was not an issue for us we were there working long days. The owner always informed us in advance when the contractors would be there working on the pool. I would rent again if in the area.
