Only 100m from a Sandy Beach - 3x Air Conditioning - Com. Pool - FREE WiFI

« If you're weary browsing … this is the one! The apartment is hard to fault, whatever your needs. My wife and I spent a week here with our three young children (8, 5, 3) at the end of August and could not have wished for a more perfect venue. It has three bedrooms plus bathroom on the first floor; downstairs, on the raised ground floor, there's a well-equipped kitchen (including large freezer and capsule coffee machine) and a spacious reception room with lounge and dining areas. Lovely balcony too, with retractable sun canopy, perfect for meals al fresco. All the amenities work well, including DVD player (with some films provided) and - crucially - air conditioning on both floors. We were always comfortable despite temperatures of over 40 degrees outside. Although we didn't rent the basement studio as a sleeping area, we were given a key so that we could use the shower (avoids bringing sand into the main apartment), the washing machine and all the beach equipment - chairs, body boards, buckets and spades, umbrellas, etc.
Roberto and María Luisa are the owners but behave like hosts. The arrangements for booking, payment, welcome, return of deposit, etc all ran like clockwork. Roberto even drove me to a supermarket half way through our stay, waited while I shopped, and then drove me and the shopping home! (We hadn't hired a car because the apartment is so near the beach - only 3 minutes walk even with young children.)
The beaches are wonderful - sandy, clean and uncrowded. lined with dunes rather than ugly apartment blocks. Safe for the kids too, because the water remains shallow a long way out. The beach bars are not expensive, and some will order food for you from local takeaways which you can then eat at a table on the sand.
The vast majority of tourists here are NOT English. Most are Spanish, some French. You won't find a full English breakfast but the paella is great if you know where to go. Ask Roberto for tips! »

Great stay!

Fantastic time in this house. We have been visiting Oliva for many years and this location, house, facilities and everything else were all excellent. Highly recommend.

Very nice house - also for families - nearest to beach

We stayed in the house for 7 days with 4 children between 4 and 15. The whole family really enjoyed the stay. The beach is only a few steps from the house. The shared pool is also very nice, we used it for example, when wind and waves only allowed to go into the sea knee deep. The host are very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again, when visiting Oliva another time.

Home from Home

Roberto and Marisa welcomed us on arrival and were so helpful and friendly. Their apartment is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Located just a short walk to the most amazing beach with gorgeous sand and warm sea. We also spent time relaxing on the pretty terrace overlooking the very quiet neighbourhood. Oliva itself is fairly quiet with a couple of bakeries and restaurants. This location is perfect if you’re looking for peace without the usual tourist shops and bars. We hired a car from the airport so travelled around too. There is a weekly market in Oliva pueblo which is nearby with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be back.

Einfach Perfekt

Das Ferienhaus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wirklich phantastisch. Alles was man am Strand brauchen könnte ist im Ferienhaus vorhanden. Spielzeug, Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm. Das einzige was für uns schwierig war ohne Auto war der Lebensmittel Einkauf. Der nächste größere Laden war zu Fuss 2 km entfernt. Bei der Hitze eine Herausforderung. Taxis gab es keine. Nach einem Großeinkauf dort konnten wir aber alles was wir noch brauchten in einem tollen kleinen Tante Emma Laden kaufen. Roberto war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, hat sich immer umgehend zurück gemeldet und mir bei allen Problemen und Fragen super geholfen. Ich glaube ich hatte noch nie so einen tollen Vermieter und ein so tolles Mietobjekt. Wirklich alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Sollten wir nochmal nach Spanien reisen , definitiv wieder in dieses Haus!!!

Sehr schönes Haus (fast) direkt am Strand

Das Haus ist geräumig und hat für uns (5 Personen) ausgereicht. Wir haben das Studio im untersten Stockwerk mit den zwei zusätzlichen Schlafmöglichkeiten nicht genutzt, ist wohl auch eher als Provisorium gedacht, da es eine ehemalige Garage ist und keine Verbindung zum Appartment hat. Das Haus ist ansonsten mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auf jeder Etage ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden (Achtung: Extrakosten durch Strom). Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz - keine 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Der Pool ist gleich um die Ecke und war immer sauber. Leider gibt es hier keine Beschattung, dadurch kann man den Bereich nicht zum Sonnenbaden nutzen (Einfach zu heiß).

Lovely home from home

A great stay at Casa Princesas a really comfortable home in Spain in a lovely town with an amazing beach. Had an issue which was dealt with promptly and professionally by Roberto and Merisa who are a very nice couple and great hosts. Could not recommend this property highly enough, will rent again if ever in Oliva.

Ideale Wohnung und perfekte Location

Der Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über Klimaanlage in jeder Etage was in Sommer sehr wichtig ist. Der Balkon ist super und man kann sogar das Meer sehen. Zu Fuss in 5 Minuten am Strand (tolle Sandstrand). Dazu zu Füss erreichbar Bars, Restaurant, Apotheke. Super um zu entspannen.

Muy buen trato con la propietaria, es un encanto, nos explico todo muy bien y desde el principio teníamos todo claro. La casa tenía de todo, vajilla, utensilios, higiene... Sólo tuvimos que comprar comida. Está muy bien situada y tienes todo a mano, ademas de tener la playa a 2 minutos andando. Repetiremos seguro!

5 días estupendos

Hemos disfrutado estos 5 días de la casa de Marisa y Roberto. La casa es muy acogedora, con mucha luz y se nota el cuidado, el gusto y te hace sentir muy cómodo. La terraza es muy agradable. Nuestros 3 niños encantados. La zona perfecta, muy tranquila, al lado de la playa, el paseo y también de restaurantes. Los dueños encantadores y muy atentos. Marcan la diferencia. Gracias por todo, nos encantará volver.

Cerca de la playa en una calle tranquila

Ha cumplido nuestras expectativas, a saber, cerca de la playa, con una buena terraza, bien dotada de menaje en la cocina, con electrodomésticos de alta gama y todo lo necesario. Tiene sillas y sombrillas de playa. Se echa de menos un aseo en la planta principal, por lo que es obligado subir o bajar escaleras. El aire acondicionado de arriba, al estar en el hall no se nota mucho en los dormitorios. Los anfitriones fueron muy serviciales. En resumen, recomendable.

Vi hyrde av mycket trevliga personer som verkligen gav av sin tid till oss. Vi frågade om tips på utflyktsmål och vi fick hjälp med fotbollsbiljetter. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen

Unser 2-wöchiger Aufenthalt in der Casa Princesa in Oliva Beach hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist für 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind geräumig, gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Wir haben es genossen, auf dem blühenden Balkon, der wirklich so schön ist wie in der Abbildung, zu sitzen und zu essen. Bis zum sehr weitläufigen Strand mit feinem Sand und flachem Wasserzugang, einem idealen Platz auch für kleinere Kinder, sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Strandliegen, Sonnenschirm und Spielzeug stehen im Haus bereit, um schöne Strandtage für groß und klein zu verbringen. Die Vermieter, Marisa und Roberto, waren auch schon vor unserem Aufenthalt immer ansprechbar und entgegenkommend, was unsere Wünsche betraf. Die Buchung und später die Rückzahlung der Kaution erledigten sie zügig. Besser kann es gar nicht sein. Herzlichen Dank an beide, dass sie uns einen so schönen Urlaub ermöglicht haben. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Belle maison mitoyenne dans un quartier calme, proche d'une belle plage de sable

Notre séjour dans cette maison très bien entretenue s'est très bien passé. Marisa nous a accueilli en nous offrant des boissons rafraîchissantes et nous a conseillé de bons restaurants à proximité. Elle s'est montrée disponible pour nous expliquer comment réinitialiser le wi-fi durant notre séjour. La cuisine est bien équipée, la terrasse agréable, le salon confortable. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition de chaises, parasols et autres pour le bord de mer. L'air conditionné a été un vrai atout durant la canicule. Seul bémol: l'électricité est facturée en plus. Si nous revenons à Oliva Playa, nous reviendrons sans hésiter à la Casa Seis Princesas.

Lovely appartement with great hosts!

We have had a great stay at Roberto’s appartment!! The balcony is lovely to have breakfast at and the beach is very near. If you prefer comfortable beds at the beach, you can rent those near the surf school (close to the harbour). Also during pre-season. We rented the property with our son of 4 and my parents. There is enough space and we could use all the things (incl. cycles) that was installed in the extra studio. We can highly recommend this apartment! For groceries a car is required. We rented a car for a very good price at Drivalia (near Airport Alicante, including a pick-up). And if you don’t mind a nice drive of app. 40 minutes, the boulevard and beaches of Calpe is worth the visit for a very nice day at the beach with nice restaurants and boutique’s!!

A very comfortable and well positioned holiday home, a very quiet area with few tourists.

The house was well equipped and the owner Roberto most helpful. We did not have a car but used the local taxis. Spent many days relaxing and walking on the wonderful beach. The resort was very quiet at night which suited us but if you want more life you need to go later in June. We plan to return next year and crash out again. John & Val

Gute Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, gut ausgestattet,für Familien geeignet

Wir waren Anfang Februar 2018 für 2 Wochen zu Gast im Casa Princesa. Leider war in der ersten Woche ein ungewöhnlicher Kälteeinbruch zu verzeichnen, der ganz Spanien erfasste und in den nahen Bergregionen für Scheechaos sorgte. Die Häuser in Spanien sind nicht wirklich für solch eine Kälte gebaut. So war es auch sehr kalt in dem Ferienhaus. Unser Vermieter war sehr engagiert darin, Abhilfe zu schaffen. Mit Hilfe von 2 Gasöfen gelang es für einigermaßen akzeptable Temperaturen im Wohnzimmer zu sorgen. Das Aufstehen am Morgen, bevor die Geräte angezündet waren, kostete bei Zimmertemperaturen von 8 bis 10 Grad Celsius echt Überwindung. Die Betten waren aber sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche war warm und kuschelig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alle Geräte sind neu bzw. neuwertig und es ist ausreichend Geschirr und Kochgeschirr vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum schönen Strand. Oliva ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren ins Hinterland. Wir hatten Glück und konnten die Mandelblüte in Jalontal erleben. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und können das Haus empfehlen, allerdings nicht während einer Kälteperiode im Winter. Roberto hat allerdings zugesagt, dass er eine leitungsfähige Pelletheizung einbauen werde, so dass dann auch dieser Kritikpunkt wegfiele.
