Summary:
Our Finca Jaster is perfect for your family holidays close to the beach, as this detached villa is located in the well-known Boticari area. It was built in 2004 and has a total of 90 m² of living space, divided into 2 bedrooms (the main bedroom with ceiling fan and air conditioner with a 1.60 x 2.00 m double bed and the guest bedroom with air conditioning and 2 single beds 0.90 x 1.90 m). The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.
The Space:
Solid construction, double glazed windows made of aluminium with shutters and mosquito protection, glazed conservatory (glazing can be opened completely), tiled floors, 3air conditioners in bedroom, guest bedroom and living room, 1 double bed with 1,60 m x 2,00 m mattress, 2 single beds with 0.90 m x 1.90 m, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, Filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, built-in wardrobes, 2 sun beds, sunshade, outdoor shower hot/cold by solar, charcoal grill, flat screen satellite TV, WIFI Internet, garden, parking space for 1 car on the property, washing machine, ironing board and iron and much more.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
This small villa is located in the popular Boticari area of El Vergel. The distance to the sandy beach is about 800 m, only 10 minutes walking distance. The supermarket Lidl is about 400 m away and several restaurants are within walking distance.
The two villages Els Poblets and El Vergel are about 1,5 km away, and our small "capital" Denia is about 10 km away. Both airports like Alicante or Valencia are about 1 hour by car away.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 10kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.
- x1 high chair for 20€/baby
- x1 cot for 20€/baby
- Price for one dog: €50. For more than one dog, please inquire.
For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival. The bank may ask you to authorise the full payment. This is because 30% of the first payment will be charged automatically, and the second payment will be scheduled to be charged to the same card 30 days before check-in.

Interaction with Guests:
After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, we will ask all guests to send us their ID's, in compliance with regional regulations. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.

Belle maison avec petit jardin clos pratique quand on a un chien.À 10 min de la plage de sable qui est très propre. Quartier calme. Pas beaucoup de commerce à part Lidl restaurants et magasin asiatique.Seul bémol pas de porte entre la salle de bain avec wc et la chambre principale juste un paravent.
Wunderschöne Lage der Unterkunft. Ruhig und es fehlte uns an nichts. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Landschaft selbst sehr schön. Berge und Meer nah beieinander. Sehr schön.

On a passé des bonnes vacances. Le villa est bien situé. Un endroit très calme. La mer est a 10 min a pied. Dans le villa il y a vraiment tout pour passer des agréables vacances. Le hôte est très sympa et souple pour l'arrivée.

Das Haus war super super schön. Sauber bis in die letzte ritze! Die Küche war so klasse eingerichtet und es es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Das Haus ist mit soviel Liebe zum detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Localisation proche des plages et autres commodités
L'emplacement de la villa est localisée dans une impasse très calme et sans vis à vis.
L'agence a ete très réactive lors de nos échanges.
Dommage qu'il n'y a ai pas de climatisation dans la chambre parentale.

Wir hatten einen tollen 2-wöchigen Urlaub und haben das Haus sowie die Umgebung sehr genossen und uns super erholt.
Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall sinnvoll für mehr Beweglichkeit und einfacheres Sightseeing.
Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Séjour très agréable. La maison est très bien située et est agréable au quotidien.
Juste un bémol sur le fait qu il manque une climatisation dans la chambre parentale, difficile de dormir par forte chaleur.

Pour son allégation selon laquelle il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la chambre principale, la maison dispose d'un climatiseur dans le salon et d'un autre dans la chambre d'amis, et la chambre double dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond, car il y a des gens qui ne l'aiment pas. dormir avec de l'air, et donc les propriétaires ont préféré installer un ventilateur de plafond. Mais cet été a été très très chaud, notamment lors de votre séjour du 30.07 au 13.08.2022, nous traiterons donc avec plaisir votre recommandation au propriétaire.

Maison confortable calme et proche de la mer, peu d animation.
Très bon accueil, maison confortable et propre, très fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre. Plage et commerce de proximité a pied. Calme mais trop calme à notre goût. Un bon rapport qualité prix toutefois si vous aimez vous baigner.
Es war alles erforderliche und mehr vorhanden.

Maison située dans un quartier calme, bien équipée. Seul problème, impossible de garder la maison fraîche. Le prix du ménage est exorbitant et non justifié : poils de chien à l’intérieur et extérieur.

Objekt liegt in einer Siedlung von Ferienhäusern. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca 2-300m entfernt. Sehr ruhig. Auch mit Hund gut geeignet, da das Areal rundum eingezäunt ist. Gerne wieder.
