Solterra Resort - Davenport, Florida is a paradise located only 15 minutes from the area's main attraction... Walt Disney World. This luxury resort sits nestled just outside of Orlando, Florida and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. During your stay, you will enjoy this well-appointed home that has been designed and decorated to provide you and your family an abundance of luxury amenities and leaves you well equipped to vacation with all the usual items you would expect to find at home. Solterra Resort is only a 30-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport and is situated central to all of Orlando’s famous attractions. The resorts amenities include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center with Internet, volleyball, Tennis, children's playground and picnic area. Also, just miles away from a golfers dream location at Champions Gate!

This spacious 7 bedroom home can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group of up to 14 people and boasts 3 king bedrooms, 2 queens, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. There is a king, queen and twin bedroom on the main floor with the remaining 4 bedrooms up on the second floor all with private bathrooms. Six bedrooms have their own flat screen TV's.

The home has 2 large living areas for the whole family to enjoy, including an open concept living area on the main floor and a large loft area upstairs for the kids to play or adults to relax in. The dining area has seating for 8 and large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar at the kitchen Island has seating for 4 more guests.

The outside area has a covered patio overlooking the large fully screened in pool with safety fence. Ample seating and lounge chairs are available to soak up the warm Florida sun. Take a dip in the private pool or soak in the spill over spa.

Spend time in the game room with pool and foosball table in the garage or sit at the bar top table and chairs watching the family play.

2023 Thanksgiving Solterra Resort

The property has great amenities. If you’re traveling with young children, they will enjoy the lazy rice and slide. The adults will enjoy the jacuzzi and pool outside. This was a staycation away from home to share Thanksgiving with family that was staying in another property from Tampa and Arcadia.

Amazing winter getaway!

This house was perfect! Big enough for everyone to have their own space, and washroom. There was 11 of us there, and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The pool was nice and warm, and games room was a bonus! The grocery stores and gas station's are all close by, and the neighbourhood , and resort amenities were amazing. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent property for a large group. Nicely stocked for cooking. Had one small problem which was not the owners fault but was addressed quickly by the owners. Couldn't have been happier. It was nice to have our own pool at the house as the subdivision pool area was too crowded for us.

Family Vacation

The property was gorgeous and exactly as listed. The decorations were lovely. I would have given all 5’s because again the property is simply beautiful but we have a little difficulty getting in the property at check in. Also we were not able to enjoy the pool because it was cold. I will add the host worked diligently to get it taken care of but it didn’t happen before the end of our stay. She graciously refunded our money for the pool. Also gave us money to spend to go swim at the club house so she was really trying to make things right. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is definitely it. I would recommend their place anytime. Plenty of room and space for the entire family. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home but needs a little TLC

I want to first off explain why I rated this home with 3 stars. (1). The home had 7 bedrooms, the listing stated a TV in every bedroom, there was only 6. (2). The 1st night we had to purchase ice in coolers because ice maker/water feature didn't work. We were for 3 nights/4 days and the refrigerator never got cold. (3). The wifi service was horrible. Overall, the home spacious, great location because everything you need is within 5 miles. The kids loved the pool and the gaming area in the garage.

Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned, the refrigerator you used was brand new and just delivered days before your arrival. If you would have contacted me about the freezer issue right away, we would have sent someone out that day. However, we were not notified until after you had already purchased the cooler. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you had, which is why we provided a small refund to you. Also, the WiFi is 5G, so I'm unsure why any problems were experienced. Lastly, there were 8 televisions in the home that could have been utilized by guests and we were unaware a missing television in one bedroom would be a major issue. Any concerns or issues brought up were addressed by myself or our property management company within 45 minutes max. A lot of work and updates have been made to the house since we purchased it over the last year, so it's unfortunate you were not able to experience that similar to previous guests.

Fantastic home

This home met all of our needs. The furniture throughout the home was very comfortable as well as the beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals for a family of 12. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years and this one was the by far the most accommodating and comfortable for our family.

This property was great. Plenty of room both up stairs and downstairs to enjoy with a rec room patio and pool. Each bedroom was comfortable nicely decorated and very inviting. Easy check in. My family and I stayed here for a Saturday to Saturday spring break trip and was not disappointed. It's always hard to pick the right spot that is close to the action, but far enough away to not get bogged down with traffic and tons of people. The balance at this house was perfect. The neighborhood was quite enough to not feel like people were on top of you, but had a resort style pool and lazy river within 10 mins walking distances from the house. The house: So we were pleasantly surprised to see a newer sectional couch on the main floor that fit the room perfectly. The pool table was on the garage area which worked out fine for those late night games when you didn't want to keep others awake. The second living room area on the second floor was nice to have space for the kids to hang out when the adults were hanging out on the main floor. The Pool: just the right size and the spa was hot and wonderful for those sore muscles. The pool faces the main road of the community, but even through the day you didn't really notice the cars going by. Probably the best perk was the side entrances to the pool area could be used to access the yard and then go a few steps to the sidewalk to do the short walk to the community club house and pool/lazy river. We spent 2 days there and while it was busy, it didn't have the stuffy/crowded feeling. Final thoughts: No issues, very clean and welcoming. Everyone said they can't wait to come back again.

Christmas and New year stay

The property was exactly as described. Great location for Disney. 15-20 minutes from any park. We loved the House and it slept all 14 of us with a room to spare. Kitchen was well equipped, we managed to cook for all of us multiple times. The place was clean and ready for us at check in. The hosts were incredible responsive to all our needs prior to our arrival and during our stay, they even responded to a need close to midnight one night. Excellent customer service ! We would definitely stay here again.

Let me start by saying what a beautiful house! There are plenty’s of bathrooms and bedrooms. House was definitely described as it was advertised. The pool and spa was definitely a great hit for us adults and children. Especially the heated water for the winter months! There was a few hiccups but was handle accordingly! It never made the house any less different. The hostess was wonderful to work with..Definitely a house you would want to rent no matter the size of families. Very accommodating and spacious and wonderful neighborhood..We’ll be back :)

Today was the last day of our week staying at the Lemke family's home in Davenport. Everything about our stay at this home was excellent, from the size and beauty of the home to the quick responses from Amanda and Casey Lemke anytime we had a question. Our large family including our daughters and their husband's and all of our grandchildren stayed here and there was plenty of room for everyone. We visited a couple attractions while we were here but everytime everyone just wanted to go back to the house and swim at the pool. The house is in Solterra Resort and they have a lazy river and water slide that the grandkids loved. Cousin Retreat

This house was perfect! I want to give 10 stars on cleanliness!!! My sister is a bonafide germaphobe and it took a lot of convincing to get her to join the trip, especially during a pandemic. However, this house even passed her HIGH standards of cleanliness! Amanda was a great host and communicated well. The neighborhood was quiet and you could enjoy the private pool in peace even if other families were enjoying their pools. I would highly recommend this property.
