We rented a home here, instantly fell in love with the community, and soon after decided to purchase our own. Today, we use the villa to gather our family several times a year and continually make upgrades so that every stay is better than the last.

We fell in love with Solterra Resort because it has everything families want for the perfect Orlando vacation. The location is ideal — just minutes from I-4 and 15 minutes to Disney — yet tucked inside a secure, peaceful gated community.
What makes Solterra so special is the resort-style living: a zero-entry pool with water slide, lazy river, and cabanas, plus a fitness center, café, playground, and sports courts. The clubhouse is only a short stroll from our home, so you can leave the car behind and walk over with the kids in minutes.
We also love that the community is beautifully maintained, family-friendly, and designed for relaxation after a long day at the parks. Whether it’s mornings by the pool, afternoons at the lazy river, or evenings grilling on the lanai, Solterra offers the perfect balance of fun and downtime.
