Chalet with beautiful views of the valley, near the intermediate station of the Molanes Gondola.
Completely renovated.
Four rooms:
- two bedrooms with 160cm bed
- a room with two beds (which can be joined to make a bed in 160 cm)
- a bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra mattress slipped under the bed.
Two bathrooms with walk-in showers
Three toilets.
Two large terraces.

Nous avons adoré le chalet, ses vues fantastiques sur les montagnes, sa situation très proche des remontées mécaniques. Il ne manque absolument rien en terme d’équipement et on peut vraiment cuisiner ( tous les ustensiles et tailles diverses sont fournis).

D'accord, la vue est belle.Mais le ménage est négligé: salle d'eau sale, lavabo presque bouché...Pas de ventilation dans les salles d'eau et WC. ( pas de fenêtre)Livebox à changer.La propriétaire, croisée au cours de notre séjour, reconnaît les manquements au sujet du ménage, mais ne nous accorde aucune réduction ou remboursement sur cette prestation.

Vraiment un superbe chalet avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le chalet est très bien agencé et équipé pour des vacances.La chambre parentale (en bas) donne sur une 2ème terrasse avec la vue.Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines en famille.

Séjour de ski sur Praloup

Châlet très chaleureux, spacieux et très bien localisé, accès pistes en quelques minutes avec la télécabine a proximité. Cet hébergement a contribué à notre excellent séjour sur Praloup.

Très joli chalet authentique au calme

Ce chalet a été rénové de façon traditionnelle et offre un point de vue exceptionnel sur la vallée de l'Ubaye; il est idéalement situé dans un petit hameau à deux pas de la station de Pra Loup. Le seul petit bémol est l'accès, un peu difficile avec un gros véhicule car il se trouve au bout d'une impasse, mais on peut se garer un peu plus loin sur le parking du télésiège (nous y étions en été il n'y avait personne).

Très joli chalet cosy, et au calme tout en étant proche de remontées mécaniques. (1 min à pied ). Juste prévoir de faire ses courses avant. On serait bien resté plus longtemps !

Une vue incroyable

Tout etait parfait ! Confort, vue, arrivee/départ, points d'intérêts environnant. Je conseille pas plus de 6 personnes grand max sinon à l étroit. Seul point noir : le parking.. une seule place et en impasse donc faire marche arrière sur 40m dans 1 chemin très étroit. Sinon je conseille fortement !

Ne vous fiez pas à l’extérieur de ce chalet qui a l’air bien vétuste. L’intérIeur est très bien aménagé, avec beaucoup de goût et généreusement équipé. L’on s’y sent très bien et la vue sur la vallée et les montagnes avoisinantes est imprenable. Ceci étant, la capacité annoncée de 9 personnes me semble quelque peu généreuse. A moins de vraiment bien s’entendre...

Chalet très agréable (nous étions trois couples d'amis) très bien agencé. Décoration au top nous correspondant tout à fait. Si tout se passe bien, nous reviendrons quelques jours cet hiver et l été prochain. PS Avoir à disposition deux clés est indispensable, ne pas oublier la cafetière .

Au top!

Chalet très bien agencé, décoré avec goût. La vue est juste incroyable.Bonus: la météo nous a permis de manger tous les midis sur la terrasse (le soir faut pas pousser, il faisait entre -5 à -7 °C.) . PraLoup 1600 est facile d'accès par la route en 5' , pour les plus courageux à pied en 30' par un petit sentier passant au dessus du chalet. Nous recommandons absolument ce chalet qui a fait l'unanimité de toute la famille. MERCI à Pascaline et à Aurore.

Superbe sejour a Praloup !

Le chalet est au bout d'une impasse, a quelques minutes a pied de l'arret intermediare de la cabine de Molanes ce qui fut super pratique pour aller skier. La vue depuis de salon/salle a manger est eblouissante, et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir de magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil. La chambre parentale est grande, isolee et superbe - les autres plus petites (les deux du haut en access avec petit escalier - probablement deconseille pour de petits enfants ou personnes agees). Nous avons passe une superbe semaine en famille (grand-parents et enfants) - le chalet d'Aurelie etait parfait pour nous 7 avec cette magnifique piece a vivre centrale assez grande pour toute la famille !

Un superbe séjour dans cette magnifique vallée ! Paysage époustouflant que nous avons eu tout le loisir de contempler depuis la terrasse et le salon de ce chalet idéalement placé. Propreté, très belles prestations et déco parfaite ! De plus, la séparation des espaces est telle que parents et enfants peuvent cohabiter en toute tranquillité …. Un sans faute, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Herve, Mélanie, Lou, Rafael et Ève !

Une vue vraiment magnifique dont on profite largement grâce aux grandes ouvertures. Un chalet parfaitement conçu et équipé, décoré avec goût, très conforme aux photos. Terrasse fort agréable pour petit-déjeuners er déjeuners. Merci pour la documentation touristique commentée, un + apprécié. Chalet magnifique et vue vertigineuse

Une semaine au top avec 4 enfants et 4 adultes. Le chalet est très cosy et la vue sur la vallée et la montagne est imprenable.
