Villa "Beth Ceu"

Located 35 minutes north of Toulon, 1 hour from Nice or Marseille, the pretty village of Flassans-sur-Issole welcomes you in the heart of green Provence.
Our villa of 180 m² is located in a very quiet area 2 km from the city center. It consists of a large living space, five bedrooms, a large bathroom upstairs and a bathroom on the ground floor. We can receive up to 10 people.

You will enjoy a large terrace on which you can sunbathe quietly on the sunbathing, relax in the shade of the covered terrace or cool off in the swimming pool 10m x 5m semi-covered (swimming pool) whose water l summer is always at a good temperature. Our garden of 3000 m² also has a double garage and a space to play petanque. A gas barbecue is at your disposal for your grill! From the house, many hiking trails await you for your walks.

You will find on the ground floor of the house:

A Provencal kitchen with induction hob, hood, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and open microwave.

A dining room overlooking the terraces and pool with two sofas and a flat screen TV.

A room 2 people with bed 200 x 200.

A large room of 21 m² with double bed 160 x 200. You will find to keep you in shape a treadmill and a rower.

A smaller room with a double bed 140 x 190.

A child library.

A bathroom with shower, 1 basin and a separate toilet.

You will find on the floor of the house:

A room for 2 people with a bed 160 x 200.

A room for 2 people with a bed 140 x 200.

A bathroom with bath and shower.

An independent WC.

In the double garage you will find the washing machine, the dryer and a second refrigerator if necessary.

We provide sheets and towels and we can provide a baby kit on request.

Access to the tourist areas of the Var is very fast because Flassans is located in the center of the department between the A8 and A57 motorways. We are 1 hour from Marseille or Nice and 45/50 minutes from Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez. The Gorges du Verdon, The islands of Porquerolles or Port-Cros, the creeks of Cassis are nearby. The small Provencal villages of Bandol, Sanary, Cotignac, Le Castellet are just as much.

In Flassans you will find everything you need for your stay: bakery, newsagent, post office with cash machine, Super U shopping center at the doors of the village.
