A beautiful, single-family home in a quiet and very safe neighbourhood. The property is securely fenced, with a spacious front yard, allowing guests a nice view of the sea. The property is also fitted with security cameras for additional security.
This location is en route to the town of Gouyave, the venue for Grenada's weekly Fish Fridays event as well as the Parish of St. Mark's which hosts Sunset City Food Fest on the last Saturday of every month. These are two of Grenada's most popular street food extravaganzas which offer authentic Grenadian Food.
The property is well-lit and perfectly ventilated. Guests will surely appreciate the cool, gentle sea breeze that consistently passes over the area.
The property is approximately 15-20 mins from the capital city of St. George's and the Grenada National Stadium.
