About this property

Ocean view family friendly

Very close to the Airport. Newly built very large 2 bedroom family home beautifully decorated with each bedroom having its own shower room, 32 inc flat screen digital T/V, A/C, wifi, queen size beds, ceiling fans, bedside lamps.

Large lounge open plan to kitchen/dinner. Two queen size pull out sofa beds in the lounge, 32 inc flat screen digital T/V, dinning table to sit 6, fully stock kitchen with microwave, stove, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender.

This apartment can sleep up to 8. 4 in beds and 4 in sofa beds. Very large outside veranda with seating and a great view of the ocean and over looking the Infinity pool.

We also have a Pool, Restaurant and bar, which provides breakfast, lunch and dinner for those who prefers do dine out. Also a Day Spa on site. We offer massages, pedicures, manicures and facials.

Two beaches and restaurants with bars within walking distance.

Short and enjoyable stay

Friendly and helpful staff, especially Ellen. Debbie is very accommodating and involved in the daily running of the facility. I will definitely stay there again.

Unexpected extended stay

The staff at La Heliconia were very helpful. We stayed right off the pool pretty view. The sofa beds could use some updating (not very comfortable). Syreeta and the rest of the staff were very friendly.

8-day stay in Grenada

Large 2-BR, 2 BA apt. Very limited kitchenware (& no hand towels or pot holders). ONLY the showers have hot water connected, so washing dishes has to be done in cold water. Only the 2 BR have AC, but for our Feb 6-16 stay the rest of the house did not get too hot. Cable TV has limited channels (e.g. no ESPN)

Not What I Expected…

The layout of the room, with separate bedrooms and kitchen, worked well for my family. The state of the bathrooms and kitchen was far from desirable. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathrooms because they smelled horrible (toilets). The bath towels did not look clean and did not smell clean. I had to request towels daily in order to have clean towels. Water kept bubbling up in the Kitchen sink, which made me question using the sink to cook. The staff and the restaurant were the best of the stay. The food was excellent and the staff tried their best to respond to the issues mentioned above. This was not what I expected from this hotel.

Clean & convenient

We stayed in a 2 bedroom/full kitchen unit overlooking the lovely pool. Check in and out was quick and easy and the staff is very friendly. The unit was clean and spacious. If you're planning to cook in the unit, you will need to buy paper plates, cups, paper towels, etc. as the kitchen is furnished with only a few basic supplies/utensils. Overall, a great little affordable place. Will definitely stay again.

Almost perfect

Got more than was actually expected...easy to find, CLEAN and quiet. The location was just right for us, not too far from the beach but not too close to bustle. Will definitely return. Thanks Ms Debbie
